All Star Bartenders Training Inc.

Review: I registered with Allstar Bartending School of New York, Inc. on December **, 2013. I paid a partial payment of $200.00 for eligibility to enroll for bartending class scheduled for January **, 2014. December **, 2013 I went to the school located; [redacted] and signed the enrollment agreement to start bartending class January [redacted], 2014.

I am currently unemployed and called the school on [redacted] December **, 2013 and explained that it would definitely be a hardship right now for me to attend bartending classes. I was told by [redacted] to send a certified letter stating why I could not attend classes. I wrote a letter stating below:

Request a Full refund of enrollment agreement: bartending course – 40 hour program

Dear Enrollment Manager(s),

This is with regard to my enrollment agreement placed on December [redacted], 2013. As for unseen financial hardships that were not foreseen on December [redacted] or [redacted] , 2013. I am requesting a full refund of $200.00, less $30.00 fo like to bring to your attention that in the subsequent weeks the registration and $20.00 for the workbook I received in person on December [redacted], 2013 at the [redacted].

I have to insist the full enrollment fee in the amount of $150.00 to be reimburse immediately. If you have any questions regarding this request, please feel free to contact me via cell phone and or email.

The certified letter was left at the address previously stated above on December **, 2013. I called and spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] from Allstar Bartending School of New York today (December **, 2013).

[redacted] stated that [redacted] in the billing office will get back to me today and also promised to call me back within 10 minutes of us speaking with each other. I did not get a call back from [redacted]. I called back and spoke to [redacted]'s [redacted] and [redacted] says, [redacted] in the billing department is [redacted] and is the only person that can authorize reimbursements. Since this is a holiday week, [redacted] said, [redacted] will call me December **,2013 or December **, 2013 to speak to me about the reimbursement.

I expressed my need to get my refund from the company and also stated that I really can not afford to get the run around for money that I have paid out. I also followed all protocol for a full reimbursement. Please Help me!Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund of $150.00. Again I am unemployed...

Review: My complaint is their is suppose to be a job placement with this school. Not to send me addresses to travel for interviews with experience only when you are applying for job.. Job placement means a position is waiting for you. It was mention that a position will be offered. I would just prefer to get a refund or a decent position.Desired Settlement: refund of class

At this time, I have not been contacted by All Star Bartenders Training Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted] I called twice was put on hold , with no one going back to respond to my needs.. I would resolve this by being place in a job which was promised or just a full refund.. Thank you for getting back :)
