I did call Mr [redacted] and told him I would fix the issue and I did fix it I went back through the EOBs and fixed the error and then sent him the new updated bill We did have a list of patients that were to go to collections and Mr [redacted] 's name must have slipped through on going to the collections agency I would like to apologize and I will have his name removed from that list immediately because he, in no way, should be on that list This will be handled this week

I am rejecting this response because:I have received two calls today from this aggressive Collections Agency If/when these calls cease I will be willing to bring closure to this Complaint and pay a correct & appropriate bill I am still unclear as to what exactly the charges are for the (2) adjustment(s) that I had received While I understand that All Star Chiropractic billed my insurance for $+/-, my first conversation with Dr*** indicated that the actual patient charges were far less Are the total charges indeed $or do the charges resemble those lesser charges stated at our first conversation regarding this matter approxmonths ago?

Mr***s name was removed from agency on 7/13/but I will double check with the agency on Monday to make sure it is off and he no longer gets callsAs far as the bill this is what the insurance came back to inform us that was to be owed after what they would allow and what they informed my office to write offInsurance dictates this not my office.
