I have ordered several times from this companyThe first time was fine but since then they have failed miserably! Every time it always is some lousy excuse This last time I paid for rush shipping & next day delivery & even spoke with a representative in the morning & asked her times if it would be shipped out that day & that I would get it the next day....she assured me both times that it would So, the next day I get an email that it had just been shipped out & I wouldn't get it for days They took my money, assured me & sorry is all I seem to get each time I will NEVER order from them again & will tell others not toI'm willing to pay a few dollars more to get the same product elsewhereI am a business owner & if I ran my business like this, I would be out of business
