Review: Today was the second (2nd) time my vehicle was involved in an "accident" while being washed at this car wash. Both times the vehicle in front of me jumped the tracks and my vehicle was pulled into theirs. After today's incident I inspected my vehicle and found three (3) gouges in the paint as well as a cracked windshield. This damage was from the car wash and from being pulled into the other vehicle by the car wash.Desired Settlement: I received little Corporation from the car wash employees and would like the owners to make the situation right.

I was responding about the case#[redacted]. Mr [redacted] is stating that he had damages done to his vehicle after he went through the car wash. I have Surveillance video showing that he have the Three Gouges on his driver side door before he entered our facility. After reviewing The Surveillance cameras I am suggesting he should go though his insurance company to have his vehicle repaired. We value our customers and if there is an Unfortunate Incident that was caused by our equipment We are willing to stand behind and take full responsibility for our Loyal customers.
