I shopped around for a fence realignment, repair and build and All Star Fence Company was the best option. I received great customer service over the phone, texts and emails since I am five states away. The job was done quickly and no complaints from the neighbors, or the new buyers. Ben kept me updated and the job was complete in no time. The prices were very reasonable also. These guys are awesome! I had a couple of local fence companies bid on a job, chose All-Star, due to price, professionalism, and attention to detail, and looking back, would have it no other way. They put a cedar privacy fence around our backyard, and a custom capped picket around the front, and I couldn't be happier. Just a note about the crew who installed my fence. I've dealt with a lot of "Crews" in my lifetime and some were good and some were no so good. The crew you sent to my home were the VERY BEST individuals I have every dealt with. The professional way they work and their attitude is extremely refreshing. I will recommend your company to everyone who ask about my fence project. I don't know if you have heard this from other customers or not. This crew has sold me on your company. You were OK too. [redacted] and All-Star Fence were great to work with. They were quick to respond to my request for a bid, and were able to schedule the time to come out and talk about my project right away (within 2 days, but only cause I couldn't meet that day).
I asked for several different bids with different configurations of fence and [redacted] was very accommodating and able to give me all the different quotes I requested in a very short amount of time.
Payment was in the form of half down and half on completion. [redacted] also obtained the permit from the city to do the work.
We were able to schedule the installation just a couple of weeks out from when I made the decision to purchase the fence. The installation took place over a period of three days, with one day in the middle for the poles to settle into the concrete (80 lbs of concrete per pole). The crew showed up at 8:10 in the morning, we discussed the project and they got right to work. They were able to remove 150 ft of chain link fence and install all the poles for the vinyl fence in the same day, then came back out two days later and finished the installation. They took the majority of the old fence and poles with them, which I appreciated.
All-Star fence got the job done in a very quality way in a very short time frame, I couldn't have asked for more.

Started having problems with the fence three months after it was installed and it was been a year with no resolution. [redacted] is hard to get a hold of and once he has your money, there is zero after the sale support of his product and services. He could care less is the problem gets resolved or not and keeps blaming it on the product.
Even if you have to pay double, I would not recommend using All Star fence for any fence job. He is good at taking your money and a horrible business man.

Our fence was partially destroyed during one of our big wind storms and Ben got one of his guys right out to give me an estimate and the price was VERY fair ! Once the work started they did the work very well and with quality product.They cleaned up my area and the neighbors area that they had to work in and left it very tidy. I was impressed with Ben and the entire team as they called to keep me informed on progress and making sure I was completely satisfied. Again a 5 star rating for a local company that cares about the customer and take pride in their work !

All Star Fence, install a 6ft. Vinyl fence in my backyard with 3 gates. The craftsmanship was excellent. The pricing was very fair. No one could have worked harder to build a quality frnce than the crew at my home. I am very satisfied.

After getting quotes from three companies, we selected All Star Fence for our vinyl fence project. Not only did they have the best price but they also provided the best warranty. They consistently followed up on all requests and arrived on time. If they were running late to pick up materials, they would call and explain. It's been over a month since the installation and everything looks good. The sales process was easy and most importantly, accurate. The crew was friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

I have had the privilege to work with All-Star fencing when the storm came through our area this winter. My insurance sent out a person to quote the fence replacement which was actually not the company that was going to be doing work. When I asked who he suggests I hire for the work he said definitely All-Star fencing they're the best around and they have the best reputation. Because it was Insurance work I wanted to get more than just one quote and did.

All-Star was in the middle of the quotes that I received. The reason I did not go with the cheaper quote is because they wanted me to sign off on three pages of how if anything goes wrong even if it's their fault I will be charge for it. This scared me and made me a bit skeptical to say the least.

Once I contacted All-Star to schedule a date to start the work they were right on top of things.

And stayed on top of things until the job was done.

I was not hit for extra charges because they had to work hard in the ice and snow to put in my new fence. They found a broken sprinkler pipe and repaired it and no extra charge. And no they did not break it.

They were able to complete the job in two days one day to set the posts and then they came back and finish putting the fence up. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and left my property in better shape than what they found it.

I love my new fence it was designed exactly how I asked them to do it. The use materials they used are not substandard. The price was fair. I think if you hired this company you will be more than pleased with their work, their workers and their integrity.

Something that is sometimes hard to find out there.
