All Star Garage Door, Inc.

My garage door was sounding funny so I called this A All Star because their info. was on the garage door when we moved into the house. Two young men came out and service the door (general service $89.00) was all they said was needed and it should be fine. After about three or four weeks it started to make the same sounds and sometimes it wouldn't go down all the way. I called the company and let them know what was going on and they said they would be out the next day, but no one ever showed up or called. I called, and left a message because no one answered and explained what had happen that no one called or came by to fix the problem. After almost a week I called again a young lady answer the phone and and I explained to her what happen and she said her husband was there but he said he would call me back. Well, two weeks has passed and I'm still waiting for his call. I had to call another company to come out and fix the problem which was another cost of over $150.
