My contact information was listed in Revdex.com,I have spoken with a claim adjuster, it has been very slow, damages are not paidIt's been weeks and I had to pay out of pocket.Nothing against the individual workers, this Insurance Company is a fraud when it comes to Customer Service or paying a claimAgain I had to pay out of pocket to fix my car, still no check, claims adjuster said they would contact the Place of Repair, they never did. When car was repaired I paid the entire bill out of pocket, spoke with Claim adjuster, stated he was sorry he hadn't contacted the Repair Shop and that he wouldsend reimbursement to me directlyno contact from them since 2/24/and if he has mailed the check already he said have contacted me via phone or email.*** is my claim number and I have been calling the number she gave for me to call

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have never received any of the notices that the business claims to have mailed. My address has changed, but I have set up USPS mail forwarding regardless, and have received all my mail addressed to the previous home, without any issues. The business also had my telephone number and e-mail on file and I have never received either a call or e-mail regarding the matter. The insurance information the business claims to have file doesn't correspond to the truth, since despite paying my registration in full, the DMV was never able to send me my updated License Plate tags, due to the lack of insurance information on file. It is also an incorrect claim that they filed the insurance the next day, as I was informed by the insurance agent [redacted], that I should do it myself through the DMV website (which I did), because that insurance company could not file it electronically and they would have to mail it.The business also claims to be unable to reinstate my policy (which I never asked for, once I found out my coverage had been dropped and I had been driving for over a month without insurance, I immediately bought a new policy with a different company), which is clearly a tactic to get me to buy another policy and pay all the exorbitant fees that I have paid (over 300$).Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have called this business approximately 50 times since my car accident on 1/26/18 with only one response from [redacted]. I believe the calls are recorded, so there should be record of [redacted], my claims adjuster, stating, "if you use your insurance and not my clients due to my client having the state minimum, which will not cover the damages to your car, I will pay your deductible as requested. Once you let your insurance ([redacted]) know that you will be using your own insurance to fix your car, call me back, and I will cut you a check". This was my only conversation with [redacted], since then, I've been unable to get a hold of anyone from the company. During the day, when you call, 855 858 8142, the phone doesn't ring, and an automatic  message comes on stating, "you have called us during peak hours, please call again". This answering service does not even allow you to leave a voicemail to claims adjuster. I also began contacting a claim supervisor, [redacted]. Once I reported my compliant to the Revdex.com, [redacted] returned my call 3/27/18 at 12:07 PM. [redacted] denied that I left her and [redacted] several voicemails. [redacted] gave me a fax and an email and claimed that if I send [redacted] paperwork, he will allow me to file my personal injury claim. I have been attempting to file an injury claim since January 2018. Since this report, I have yet to receive a call from [redacted]. Please help me.

Review: I've had a problem with them since I started my insurance policy 11/20/2012. First of all there is another company involved. This would be freeway insurance, the brokers for allstar. I got a quote of $36.00 a month for basic insurance required by state. Freeway charged me $289.00 just to start. I told them that I was low income ad needed cheap ins. I had to pay 3 installments within 2 weeks. When I went to make my last installment freeway told me my insurance payment was over due. This was on 12/14/12, but I started policy on 11/20/12. It should be due on the 20th. This payment went up to $46.25. One month prior was $36.00. So every month my payments go up and the due dates get closer. In march I received 2 bills for two different months. When I spoke to someone at allstar the lady on the phone coulnt give me legit answers for my questions. She first said my policy increased $288.00 for changing cars on it. I went from a 1999 to a 1994. She never said there would be an increase. To top it off I had to pay $40.00 for switching cars. I have complained to freeway and they couldnt help me.New bill $54.00 is the amount at the present.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refund from freeway insurance, allstar to give me refund for all of the extra charges. All extra fees paid over the quote price of $36.00. Ive paid about $600 since nov. just for basic insurance. They say I still owe close to $400.00 for rest of year. I have been ripped off and I do not want them as my carrier anymore. I would like refund of $438.00 and I will get new carrier. That is the total amount between the two companies, that I want back.

Review: Company does not have phone to talk to representive, instead askes you to leave a message and never calls you. I put in a insurance claim almost a month ago and haven't contactedDesired Settlement: To get help for my vehicle or atleast helpful info to move foward.

Review: I opened a claim against All Star General Insurance over a week ago and have not heard a word back. Upon my call, I was quickly rushed through some basic questions and was told that someone would be calling me the same day to start my claim, which has never happened. Your insured backed into my car and caused major damage. I need my car fixed, and I need a call back. This is totally unprofessionalDesired Settlement: I want you to finish my claim and repair my car! Your insurred hit me on 3/30/15. Her name is as follows:

Policy Number: [redacted]

Your insurred was under the influence of drugs at the time of the accident. I was unable to call the police because I was late for an appointment that I could not miss. It would behoove you to make sure she is legally able to drive. She also refushed to furnish her drivers licence, which is illegal.

Review: Through Freeway insurance, I obtained auto insurance with All Star General Insurance Agency, LLC in San Diego. I've been a customer since 6/2015 and the company has yet to issue me an insurance policy card for proof of insurance. My auto insurance coverage was cancelled in August for non payment. I was issued a letter stating that if I paid my premium by 9/20/2015, my coverage would be reinstated, of which it was. By 9/22/2015, I was issued a billing statement requesting payment by 10/3/2015 or my coverage would be cancelled. I made the payment. On 10/13/2015, I was issued another statement requesting payment by 10/31/2015 or my coverage would be cancelled. I called the All Star General a couple days later after receiving that letter and left a detailed message regarding my concern about the business requesting payment twice in one (1) month. Additionally, the insurance agency has yet to send me an insurance card regarding my coverage to place in my car or home. I called again a second time and left a message, and no has yet to call me or address my concerns.Desired Settlement: I would like to know why I am being charged for insurance coverage twice a month and why I have yet to receive an auto insurance policy card for my vehicle; and why the insurance agency does not return customer calls to their customers.

Review: I insured my son's vehicle that was hit by a drunk driver insured by Allstar General Insurance Agency that brokered the drunk driver's insurance policy through [redacted]. I have been trying to contact Allstar General's claim division at 855-858-8142 to verify the coverage policy limits for their insured for over three weeks leaving 3 messages a day and have not received a return phone call. My son has major medical bills that need to be reimbursed by Allstar General. I believe this company is avoiding calling to delay accepting responsibility for the damages. I've read nothing but bad reviews on the web about [redacted]-Allstar General Insurance Agency. This is the first complaint I've ever taken the time to report on Revdex.com because this company needs to be put out of business. I hope this information advises people to think twice about paying their insurance premiums to this insurance company who brokers through [redacted]. All the choices on their phone line get routed to one person called "[redacted]" and you will never get a return call back from that person. I will also be reporting this complaint to the California Department of Insurance.Desired Settlement: I want the company to contact me to discuss their insured's policy limits and the necessary steps to take to seek reimbursement.
