Hi Revdex.com We are truly sorry for not calling the customer back on the reseal. The CSR / customer service rep that told the insurance customer we do not prioritize customers with a complaint was wrong, complaint are our first priority. Please see attached time line, the windshield that leaked...

Review: Crack in windshield warranted a replacement. Made claim with [redacted] auto insurance and was recommended to All Star Glass. They came out and replaced windshield. Next day, notice there was a lot of wind noise and wind coming thru sides of windshield. They came out and said they forgot to put the "seal" around the windshield. Still have wind noise and wind coming thru. My appointment was for today (5/22/15)...I took off work and waited 4 hours. I called and they were going to call the installer and find out where I was on the list and call me right back. I waited 45 min....no call from them. I called again and they said the installer's job took longer than usual so they weren't going to make it to my house. They never called to notify me that they weren't going to come out today. I asked what their policy was on "re-do" jobs. I think they should put a priority on it and finish it correctly. They said they don't do priorities. So now I have to wait till tomorrow.Desired Settlement: I would like them to change their policy and finish what they started with existing customers before they start new jobs. I'm sure it's all about the "money"!....their customer service SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!! I will never use them again!
