*** Hired Greenland Builders to put in a sliding glass door The contractor rippled the siding around the door frame on the outside of our homeI filed a complaint with Greenland Builders & ***I asked if Greenland Builders could repair this and they stated they do not do this type of work on the outside of homesThen why do they call themselves Greenland Builders? I got an estimate and the estimate was about $2,to fix it like it was before the damage occurredGreenland Builders stated they would only give me $for the damageSo year later I am still fighting for the damage to be repaired with Greenland BuildersAlso *** took NO responsibility for hiring Greenland BuildersMoral of the story be sure you know who you are hiring and ask before they install anything if they damage anything will they fix itAlso if you buy stuff at *** DO NOT allow *** to choose your contractorFind your own!!

I tried to special order a door from *** and have ** install itI was told the ** contract installers (Greenland) had to measure the sizeI had the Greenland rep write the measurements down so I could have ** prepare the order while waiting for Greenland processingI was finally notified by ** that Greenland had confirmed the size and went to payThe width reported to ** was inches smaller than the rep had written requiring a side light inches smaller than the existing sidelightI went home and remeasured and confirmed the first numbers were correctI was then given various excuses for why the measurements differedI finally removed the interior molding, took a picture of the jamb to jamb measurement and emailed it to GreenlandGreenland stated they would notify ** of the errorWhen I went to pay later that day Greenland had changed back to the erroneous measurementI asked ** for a remeasurement and am still waiting for Greenland to contact me
