I have reviewed this account and found that this customer had optonline interested in medical supplies When we spoke to her, she stated that her physician wanted her to test her blood sugar twice a day At no point did we coerce or convince the customer that she needed to test her
blood sugar Upon getting the customer's approval, we faxed the physician an order template for approval to determine medical necessity We were later informed by the physician's office that the customer is not eligible to receive these products and have since cancelled all fax requests and sent out a notification to the customer advising her of this I believe this account was handled appropriately If there are further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me

I am in receipt of the above-referenced complaint from Ms*** ***I am the Compliance Director from Woods Pharmacy (“Woods”) and I have reviewed this customer’s fileI found that Ms*** was interested in diabetic testing supplies and a Woods agent spoke with her on September 20,
Woods received approval from Ms*** to send a fax to her physician for her supplies and received a valid order dated October 24, Woods serviced product to her on October 31, Woods received a call from Ms*** a few days laterShe was upset regarding the copay on the productWoods has a return policy in place and cannot take back properly filled prescriptionsWoods’ staff reviewed the file and found that Ms*** enrollment was handled properly and did not authorize a return at that timeBecause 100% customer satisfaction is very important to Woods, today I spoke with the customer service team to coordinate a return of her product so that we can refund her insuranceI hope that this resolves the complaint and that Ms*** is satisfied with the handling of her account by Woods Pharmacy
