purchased a engine on 10/24/from auto parts the engine came out of a toyota scion tc they sent it to *** auto repair where the engine was put in mechanic told me the was a ticking noise and oil in the water the motor is no good so we sent contacted auto and they sent it back to them I told them give me my money back or and exchange the said we will send you and exchange they still have not sent the new engine or my money backI paid 1,for the motor I paid with my credit card my daughter is in the army I am her mother I purchased this motor for her I have been dealing with this for months now everytime I call them they say talk to micheal but hes not here
