All Star Maids

Review: We hired All Star Maids to come and complete a "Deep Clean" of our residence. At the time we were quoted a price of $120 to $160 depending on the time it ended up taking. Two women did arrive to clean the home, however they did not actually clean the home. they were in our two bedroom townhome for 3 plus hours and charged us $241. After they left we realized they had not actually done anything that was promised as part of a deep clean. First we found a bathtub left full of dirty water. They simply sprayed toilet bowl cleaner into our toilets and left it there. They did not clean our bannisters or moldings as promised. We had to reclean every curtain in the home. Our kitchen floor still had dirt all over it. They also did not move a single item on the kitchen counters so as soon as we did so we found that crumbs and dirt had been simply pushed underneath them. Obviously we will never use this business again and had to reclean the entire home ourselves. We have since left both voicemails and text messages requesting a partial refund. We have been ignored regarding these issues.Desired Settlement: We have requested a partial or total refund. We have been ignored. We do not want more incompetent cleaners coming to do another horrible job.
