Besides refunding her told her we are still going to complete the engraving on her family's headstone as promised but for no costI promised her it would be finished no later than the 26th of February.I was involved in a car accident on October 29th and was out of work until the beginning of JanuaryWhen I did return missed additional time at work due to illness*** *** was aware of my physical issues as I had emailed her during that period to explain my physical problemsShe seemed to be understanding to my difficulties at that timeI did offer to follwith getting the work done for her when I returned to work.Please understand the work we do is difficult in the winter monthsWe have to bring heavy equipment to a grave in the middle of a wide open cemetery which is difficult to do when it's very coldIt's impossible to do it when there's Snow or when the ground is wet from rainThose were the conditions we had the past monthIf hadn't missed time due to my accident the work for her would have been completed in late November or early DecemberI had explained all this to *** *** when we spoke on the phone in early January.I myself am a widower and am very sensitive to people feeling when they've suffered a loss Since my wife passed away years ago I've devoted all my time at work to helping people at their difficult times when they too have suffered a lossI do not appreciate being called a liar or a person who "preys upon people at a vulnerable time in their lives"I've been working at All Star Memorials for the past years and have never once had a complaint from a customer at the Revdex.comOn the contrary I have dozens of letters and emails thanking me for my kindness and considerationGo to our website at www.allstarmemorials.com and read the testimonials of Some of our clientsThose are all real people.As for *** *** she's obviously grieving and I understand what she's going throughI still want to help her and decided to do the work for her even though she's been refunded the entire amountIf she says the engraving work was never completed after February 26" then she'll have a legitimate complaint.Respectfully,Larry H***General Manager
