All Star Mobile Home Transport

She called me every week and I tell her what needs to be done with the house. She doesn't want to do everything that needs to be done, ad just wants me to move it. She called me again on a different phone and every time I try to call her, it's a different number. Last time I tried
calling, she said she had no service, and then hung up. I don't know what's going on with this. I don't mind moving the house or doing the job, but I don't know exactly where I'm supposed to move it. We have been playing phone tag and I can't just sit on the side of the road with this. We talked once for hours and she didn't even mention the house. I brought it up and she said it is sunk in the ground and I said we need to meet this week so we can figure out where it is going, then she changed the subject again. I don't mind doing the job but when I can't get a pin point of exactly where it is going, I can't do the job. She keeps changing the destinations. I told her the day we move it she will ride along in the truck to get us there, and she hung up again. She had a cop call me and now we are playing phone tag too because I'm kind of in a hole so don't have much service. She needs to get a hold of me or I can go to her house to discuss it. She is currently living with no water, electricity or nothing. I told her the law states the house needs to be empty for insurance purposes. Things cannot be breaking during the move, no matter the distance
