All Star Movers

All Star Movers moved me from zip code tSaturday, August 6, I have moved from and to these areas before over the years and I have complaints against this company 1-I have finally unpacked all boxes and am missing a box of bakeware and other items valued at $(items include stone bakeware, spatulas, garlic press, chopper, mixing bowl from Pampered Chef as well as knives, spoons and forks 2- It took hours to move me from a 2BR aptin Villa Rica, Ga and hours to move me in to a 3rd floor aptin Atlanta It normally takes less time to move in than out I contacted the owner,***, on several occasions with no return call When I did speak with him several weeks ago before the Labor Day holiday, he indicated that he would review the move distance and circumstances and get back to me the following week I have heard nothing from him I have also unpacked all boxes since this time and found that I was missing the box of bskeware/cookware Pr

On 11/05/15, All Star Movers went to Ms. [redacted] 's home to move her belongings. When the loading was completed it was Ms. [redacted] 's responsibility to inspect her apartment to ensure that all of the items she needed to have moved were taken. The truck was driven directly from the first location to the... next and unloaded. No other belongings were on the truck prior to, during or after Ms. [redacted] possessions were loaded. Subsequently after unloading the truck at Ms. [redacted] 's new apartment the truck was inspected by Ms. [redacted] and her case worker, neither of which found any items left on the truck. Following the move, after all paperwork acknowledging receipt of belongings was signed, Ms. [redacted] alleges that several large items including boxes duffel bags and luggage were missing. There is no way to possibly overlook items of those sizes on the back of an empty truck. After Ms. [redacted] 's call management did inspect the truck to look for any belongings that may have been left on the truck. None of the larger items alleged to have been missing were found on the truck. After receiving the notice from the RevDex.com, I contacted Ms. [redacted] 's case worker to discuss the move. He knows the client and the situation and confirmed that he was present during the move, that nothing was left behind, and that some of the items, specifically the duffel bag, that Ms. [redacted] claims are missing, never existed.
