I am rejecting this response because: They never showed me the space taken in truckThe stuff at arrival fit in cubic feetI have pictures to prove it while unloadingI also have pics of my stuff in the arrival truck taking only cubic feetThe company charged me for cubic feet and they broke two pieces if my furniture and didnt care because it wasnt covered There is nothing professional about ripping people off

I am rejecting this response because: I signed a contract for bins, one sofa, one club chair, entertainment
center, and antique cabinet and full size beds!!! When truck arrived ,,,,I was told I had to pay extra money because not enough space....I called the business to discuss this...I had to leave behind the antiques cabinet which is irreplaceable, and bins, and both beds. I had to pay (so called tip) the guys to just get the club chair on truck.Then when truck arrived at night in the rain .....I was told I would have to pay for extra feet to bring stuff from truck to garage only because of additional feet. So I told them to drop put everything at the ft mark.....meanwhile everything got wet. Then after they left the next day my son went to open his one bin to get his laptop out(the box was taped back up with different tape) and when he took laptop out it was busted. But since this business supposedly has insurance to cover such a thing....and cant take responsibility I will just continue to pay for (my freedom of speech) and just pass my experience with this company ) to ALL my lovely friends on the internet. When I sign a contract I expect it to be fulfilled on their end of the bargain....especially when I'm told that its a company I can rely on and has had only one complaint......I will NEVER NEVER use a moving company again

Customer moved additional items and signed a new contract to cover shipping cost! Customer didn't pay for exact delivery day and time ! Here contract was based on up to 14business day delivery!thanks management!

*** from All Star called on December 3rd to let me know my boxes would be Fedthat day and I would receive a tracking number Never heard from the dispatcher, never
got boxes I got a call from a mover who works for the company on Monday, December 8th He said the boxes were on his truck that when he got back to NJ in 2-days he would send them through USPS and would call and give me a tracking number No boxes, no tracking number has come I called *** at All Star today, she seemed surprise they hadn't been shipped yet So I don't know who has the boxes, where they are, or who's shipping them, but nothing is actually getting done I'm just being told that they'll ship
