I was in need of bed bug services in my apartment complex. I called All-Star on Monday and they were out the next day to as the problem. We were given full instructions on how to prepare the units for the Heat treatment. I had researched bed bug treatment on the internet,so I was aware of the proper method of treatment. The following day the crew was on the property in a very private manner,because no Landlord wants to advertise that their properties have bed bugs!!! Treatment was done quickly and quietly and with great professionalism! I have used them on 3 different locations.

[redacted] and his team were exceptional! [redacted] took great care with our residence. He fully prepared us in advance and was there to answer questions along the way (even after 10PM at night!). The day he came, his team and truck were very quiet and discreetly marked. They came in, eradicated the issue and left without fanfare. Their treatment is thorough! It's a double layered approach. [redacted]'s goal is for them never have to return again (which we appreciated). So glad we went with All Star.

A couple of months ago I had this company service my rental property in Norristown, PA. In the beginning they were okay as far as general pest control goes, however lately it seems like they had a change in the office because every time I call the number listed I get no answer or it goes to a call center. I've tried the last 2 weeks to speak to a person in the office but have had no success. I emailed a person named Debbie my concerns, who then sarcastically responded to my email in a matter of 5 words. I find this to be disrespectful and not the way you would want to treat a paying customer. My issue is I have tenants who make certain arrangements to be home at the specified time given by this company and now on 3 occasions they have either not shown up for the appointment or "claim" to have shown up and no one home which is not true because as I mentioned my tenant makes arrangements to specifically be home for the appointments. So far she has wasted 3 days and I cannot get anyone to answer me or an email stating good luck in finding a new company and have a nice day. I have since moved on to another company who does the same if not better work for a little more however at the very least I can speak to someone with any issues or concerns I may have.
