[redacted] took great care with our residenceHe fully prepared us in advance and was there to answer questions along the way (even after 10PM at night!)The day he came, his team and truck were very quiet and discreetly marked They came in, eradicated the issue and left without fanfareTheir treatment is thorough! It's a double layered approach [redacted] 's goal is for them never have to return again (which we appreciated)So glad we went with All Star
A couple of months ago I had this company service my rental property in Norristown, PAIn the beginning they were okay as far as general pest control goes, however lately it seems like they had a change in the office because every time I call the number listed I get no answer or it goes to a call centerI've tried the last weeks to speak to a person in the office but have had no successI emailed a person named Debbie my concerns, who then sarcastically responded to my email in a matter of wordsI find this to be disrespectful and not the way you would want to treat a paying customerMy issue is I have tenants who make certain arrangements to be home at the specified time given by this company and now on occasions they have either not shown up for the appointment or "claim" to have shown up and no one home which is not true because as I mentioned my tenant makes arrangements to specifically be home for the appointmentsSo far she has wasted days and I cannot get anyone to answer me or an email stating good luck in finding a new company and have a nice dayI have since moved on to another company who does the same if not better work for a little more however at the very least I can speak to someone with any issues or concerns I may have
