I am rejecting this response because this contractor has no unpaid balance with usWe have paid his company in full for the work he didHe has filed no suits against us and is probably confusing us with another partyWe are filing this complaint because the work he did caused significant damage to our facilityI am confident of his liablity and am not willing to accept his response that offers no legitiment reason that he is not liable for the damage that was causedIf he is not willing to concede to his responsibilities, this is a waste of my time and I will simply seek a remedy at law

I response to this complaint, I do not agree to this complaintI completed the work that was asked for me to do.Work was not acceptable do to handicap accessibility, therefore they had another company come in and do this work not contacting me.Just called someone else.therefore i
feel I am not liable since someone else was there after me.I feel the have done this to me because I have a suit against them for non payment of work that I have done
