The rudest lady ever answers the phone. My compressor quit after 4 years, I called to ask if it's still warranty, and was treated like dirt.. Lady didn't give me any information. Said I had to look it up myself. Shortly after it was installed, we didn't think it was working properly, they sent someone out here and then sent some huge bill. My husband about flipped! Do not use this company!!!!! I'm so upset right now!

All Star Plumbing and Heating is a great choice for people in the Findlay area. When my water heater pilot light went out and would not re-light, I called them for help. The office administrator was helpful and friendly, and made sure that we got onto the technician's schedule quickly.

When the technician showed up (on-time, which is a big plus), he was friendly and helpful. He assessed the issue and got immediately to work. His work was quick and he solved our problem right away. He also explained the issue to me in a clear and concise manner.

On top of everything else, the charge for the services was reasonable. I would recommend All Star Plumbing and Heating to anyone who needs to have a job done in the Findlay area.
