All Star Pool Service is the best! [redacted] comes out as soon as possible after I call, fixes the problem quickly and without any bumps in MY day which makes me very happy! I have an older pool and he makes recommendations to keep the pump and other items running smoothly He's up front and honest about the actual costs - doesn't hide anything from his customers I recommend him to all my friends with pools!

As a previous review stated, All Star Pool company came out as a result of our contact with [redacted] James first came on Monday, February 29th to figure out the problem He told us that the filter had not been properly sealed due to a mistake we made (which I know question since that seems to be his go to for everyone), said he would look into pricing things out, and would email us the estimate A week later (and a very green pool), we hadn't heard from him, so we contacted him He claimed he had emailed the estimate, but there was no evidence of this He came out again on Wednesday, March 9th He was in the backyard for all of minutes, charged us for minutes worth of work, and explained we needed to clean the pool cartridges When my husband came home later that day, he quickly realized that nothing had changed and the problem still existed He emailed James and when James called him, my husband explained that he had just cleaned the cartridges a week ago James became irritated and stated, "That is all we are going to talk about Don't call me again!" and proceeded to hang up on my husband He was extremely rude and refused to handle the problem We made sure to contact [redacted] , so hopefully no one else will have to deal with this guy and his bad business

OneGuard Home Warranty sent James out to our home to diagnose our pool Heater. After taking a look at the Unit he confirmed the problem and said he would order the part. A week later we called James to find out the status and he said that the part order had been mysteriously cancelled however he had reordered the part but it would be another week and a half minimum to get the part in. We decided to order the part ourselves and pay for expedited service to get it overnight. He came out the day after the part arrived and installed the part only to find that part was not the problem. So he starts looking over things again and now finds that "due to our poor maintenance", we damaged the heater. We can't even return the part we ordered because he used the wrong tool to install it and he damaged it. Stay away from this company, he is a liar and a crook and has no business in the pool business.
