My house painting job started failing (peeling and bubbling) after only year I had paid extra for the recommended two coats of the most expensive and durable "***" paintIn his quote email, Kevin said it would last 11-years Their warranty for just basic paint service is yearsIt appears to me the paint crew did not use primer on the bare wood surfaces and so the paint is not adhering properly
I have repeatedly emailed and called Kevin at All Star but did not receive a reply
I am sad to say that soon after the job was completed I registered a glowing recommendation for All Star Painters on this Revdex.com web siteThis was based on based on prompt and (seemingly) professional service at the time of the paint job
I gave each person on the paint crew a generous tip and paid cash for the paint job in order to save All Star the cost of credit card service fee
I just had an exceptional home painting customer experience with ALL STAR PAINTERS
Kevin was thorough in explaining and running the process:
- explained their focus on intensive/quality surface preparation (seems to be 90% of what it takes to end up with a good paint job)
- help with paint durability choices for body and trim/windows
- advice on areas where two paint coats made sense
- provided a clear written contract, warranty and foll
