The item is "not" an allowable carry on. It is too wide. The only way to find out was to try and bring it on a plane. It was rejected at Los Angeles Airport. The merchant falsely advertised this as a carry-on. There were several other complaints on their listing from other customers saying same as me - "not accepted carry-on size and they wouldn't give refund". The vendor removed all the other complaints and delisted the item so new customers wouldn't know. These guys are unethical and dishonest. I've already taken a loss on this - several hundred dollars. I can't believe they are still in business. In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:It feels like I'm going in circlesI'm very disappointed how Revdex.com is handling this I'll try once again and then I have to move on with my life the issue is not just a return complaint the merchant advertised the bag as a carry on luggageI bought it as a carluggageWhen I tried to bring it on a plane TSAa told me this bag is not regulation size and I had to check the bagWhen I asked for a refund because they had misrepresented their ad, they said no returns because the bag was used once (still brand new condition) there is no way to know its not within requirements unless I brought it to the airport, this merchant falsely advertised and allowed to get away with itIt's a $luggage that has no useful purpose to me now*** agreed with me but said the return has to be agreed upon by the merchantI even at Revdex.com's request sent written proof from TSA and American Airlines proving that their bag was out of spec for carry-onI don't understand why we're still spinning in circles talking about "no return because item was used" I'm complaining the merchant falsely advertised the main spec and purpose of the bag and now stuck me with this item with a made up excuse irregardless of whether I used it once or not, they should not be allowed to LIE about the product's main purpose and then cry no refunds!!! They shouldn't be allowed to get away with thisIt sets a precedence for anyone to falsely claim features on their product and get away with itWhen I complained on *** there were several other customers who made the same complaintThe merchant took of the listing then delisted with same specs so that all the other complaints would no longer appearThis is not a respectable honest merchant that is worthy of Revdex.com

He contacted us thru [redacted] claiming the bag was not a carry-on and filed a charge back claim with [redacted] And the claim was denied. We do not accept returns for used merchandise and after 30 days as per our return policy. Therefore, we can’t accept the merchandise for return.   RETURN POLICY: All merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Sorry, personalized items are not returnable.
