I'm replying to the complaint filed against All-Star Remodeling, for work done on the project at [redacted] **.The project was inspected and up to code. The homeowner was informed he may have to have additional electrical work done in the future..It was his decision not to do at that time.We gave him the option but he declined at that timeAs for my end of the job everything was inspected and passed
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Obviously [redacted] is lying and I have the original contract and the amount of money you ended up paying him at the end to prove that To my wife and my knowledge, [redacted] had never mentioned any extra electrical work that was neededAfter the demo was done, [redacted] was complaining about extra electrical work that was needed, and we paid [redacted] an extra $to cover extra electrical and miscellaneous workFor him to now say that he told us we needed extra electrical work on top of that and we declined, is a big fat lieNow what about the toe kick heaters in the kitchen that do not work? Is he claiming also that he told us that they were not working? It's winter and we don't have heat in the kitchen Regards, [redacted]

Obviously [redacted] is lying and I have the original contract and the amount of money you ended up paying him at the end to prove that. To my wife and my knowledge, [redacted] had never mentioned any extra electrical work that was needed. After the demo was done, [redacted] was complaining about extra electrical work that was needed, and we paid [redacted] an extra $4000.00 to cover extra electrical and miscellaneous work. For him to now say that he told us we needed extra electrical work on top of that and we declined, is a big fat lie. Now what about the 2 toe kick heaters in the kitchen that do not work? Is he claiming also that he told us that they were not working? It's winter and we don't have heat in the kitchen. Regards,
