Review: Hired All Star Sales & Tours company because he sold me a pretty picture for my son's prom. "Limo will arrive earlier to set up music and smoke to impress the kids" is what I was told. Party bus fits about 13. Pick up 4 pm. Showed up at 4:50, no smoke, no music. No apology, just excuses, and I had to ask him to open the door for the kids to get in... Then in the middle of the prom they call my 17 yr old son (not the parent) that the limo is being replaced. He asked for all belongings to be transferred to new limo. The driver left everything on the lobby floor of the catering hall and left. Other limo shows up, they could not fit. some kids to sit on floor of limo and the driver would not let them in until they paid $300. Which other driver gave him back but did not tell him it was for the new driver. Kids were so uncomfortable that they didn't even want to stay in there too long. They gave up the limo 2 hours earlier. [redacted] aka [redacted] of the company makes a whole lot of promises that he can not keep. Huge mess, no communication and no remorse. Thankful that I did not make a contract for my mothers 60th birthday bash for this July 2014.

Review: I ordered a special voucher from Living Social on 10/**/2015 for a limo and 3 hour cruise.
I called the company a few times to make sure everything was good to go. The companies rep JJ said everything was good. The day before I was to go on this cruise JJ calls me and says the cruise was cancelled. I told him it was an anniversary gift to my wife and now I'm stuck. He said you can upgrade to another cruise for $249. I was shocked, what a bait and switch! I felt robbed and asked for a refund ASAP. He said he would but I wanted to alert other consumers from these SCAM Artists. I still feel sick from being lied to.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and to warn others about the scam I had done to me.
