This letter is our response in regard to complaint ID ***, submitted by Mr*** *** on September 20. On September 27th, 2015, we were notified by the building security, that one of the parking garage elevators was stuck with customers in itThe building security did call the
elevator maintenance contractor, and the customers were let out approximately minutes later. We sincerely regret the situation and we offered a refund to the customers that stopped by the parking office and requested oneWe issued refunds to two customers, since they were the only ones asking for oneWe do not know if Mr*** was among these two customers. We also regret the fact that one of the ABM's employees was acting rude towards the customer, and we assure that this attitude in no way reflects ABM's Code of Conduct. We tried to contact Mr*** three times, in order to clarify the situation and obtain more information on how to issue him a refundHe was called on Wednesday, October 21' at 12:04pm, on October 22' at 2:02pm and on October 23rd at 1:45pmWe had left voicemails each time, but he has yet to respond. I spoke with the company yesterday, my delay was because I'm dealing with the death of my father and they told me they would mail out a refund which when I receive that I'm ok to have this Revdex.com case close.

I find it rather irritating that one of the only lots that accepts credit cards in the warehouse district (W. 9th & St. Clair) only accepts cash on an Indians day game at 8 in the morning when people are coming to work AND charge $2 more. This is almost the furthest you can park away from Progressive field. 0 people going to the game will be parking here. They are just taking advantage of the people that work and park here.
Last spring (2015) I contacted Enterprise Home Improvements about having a 12x12 deck added to the back of our house. I'm happy to say the job was well done and completed ahead of schedule. The deck is of quality and the price was in the ballpark of other estimates I received. Bob was professional, informative and I believe honest. We have been enjoying the deck all summer and hope to for many years.
I am writing in response to a complaint filed by a Ms. [redacted]. As part of her complaint she is requesting her vehicle be released from impound with a promise to never park again on an ABM Parking lot.
It is important to note that over...
the past several years Ms. [redacted] has accumulated 24 parking violations for non-payment. Her vehicle was finally towed. Our staff had contacted Ms. [redacted] to resolve the situation and were treated with disrespect. We settled our outstanding tickets with Ms. [redacted] by cutting all of her violations in half. This occurred on Friday, October 24th.
Based on the above we believe that Ms. [redacted] agreeing to our reduced violation fees is an admission that she had parked illegally. We now consider this matter to be closed.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
