All Star Smog

To whom it may concern, I *** *** have been a Certified Smog Technician since I have done my job according to BAR state guidelinesthis complainant vehicle had came in with an missing emission component sticker, this sticker has to be printed or attached to the
aftermarket emission component.the owner failed to provide the Valid emission sticker for his After market air intaketherefore failed the smog check and being charged the transaction of my job descriptionif I was to pass this vehicle without the emission sticker I can lose my license and will be issued a citation and removal out of the Smog programcustomer stated that he has gone to smog check stations for prior smog checks and passed with the component installed and did not need a stickerwherever the consumer went in his prior smog check test, it was done incorrect and could have lead to disciplinary actionsin conclusion I am doing my job to BAR rules and regulations and am aware that I did not do anything wrong or deliberatelyI am allowing to issue the consumer a free retest and a charge of only to issue certificate as the correct emission sticker is provided
