I am rejecting this response because: they told me I have pet urine and I never had pets at all and am first one to live in the house,he did call me my kid was sick and I told I will call and re schedule he never answered.I never had pets in my life and my house was brand new when I moved in.

customer had urine on carpet and needed additional treatment on carpet which customer refuse to have us do which cause spotting on carpet. customer then call and I spoke to a gentlemen and made appointment with him for the friday following and that friday I call to come out to the house but customer...

We had came out to [redacted] house to do a tile cleaning and yes his floors had cracks in them. He also have told me the floors was not properly installed. The acid we put down is just a little stronger than our alkaline cleaning which states on the ph scale at a 1. I have use the acidic at many house...

and use it with other company's I have work with and never have it mess up a floor. We pre treat the floor and didn't flood the floor. We use about half a gallon of of water and about 20oz of acid to pre treat his floor. This is what is stated on the back of the product we use to apply on tile and grout. We then scrub the grout and another tech will extract the floor with our mechine and dry the floors out with a fan. We are fully insured and bonded. I did not give [redacted] our Insurence information because this is something we can fix and take care of. We are fully equipped for water damage and are highly trained with the. Certification For water floods. Before we had start the clean and pre treating I stated to Jon that his floor was damage due to broke tile and grout areas. I didn't spray the areas where I seen cracks at and avoiding those areas while we clean. We made sure to only use the extraction on those areas. I ask [redacted] if I could come back out to look at the floors and fix the problem he refuse it. He then told me he was going to stop payment and take care of it his self and was going to leave it at that.
