Mr. [redacted], Returned with the vehicle.. We addressed the problem at hand and made 100% sure the said complaints were settled. No charge was charged to [redacted]. The vehicle left working properly and the customer [redacted] was happy also. All of this boiled down to a...
communication issue between the sales associate and Mr. [redacted]. We had not received any messages requesting a call back from management from mr. [redacted]. Not sure what happened there. Since forth we have Emplaced a policy on how to deal with these situations and how to prevent from this ever happening again.
