Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Several of the statements the owner made are untrueThe shingles that are loose are the new ones, not the old ones which indicates deficient workmanship on the job his company performedThe owner refused to even examine the roof to verify this was correct but rather just told me that he would have to charge me to come out and look at itYes, I yelled, I was upset that the business would assume that what they did was correct without inspecting it in person and expect me to pay a second time for them not doing the job correctlyI finally hung up when it was clear to me that the owner was not willing to work with me in anyway other than charging me additional money to fix what his company had not done properly in the first place Regards, [redacted]

Customer came to price buster furniture and left us a deposit on 10/17/for a sectional which indicates in [redacted] receipt RAF corner chaise and LAF sofa We also have the customer sign off buyer authorizes the above order .Customer calls on 1/11/to make a payment on their orderSo price buster furniture special order the sectional .Customer picked up the furniture on 1/20/and said we order the wrong side we told [redacted] we ordered what was on his invoiceWe also told [redacted] bring us back the sectional in Excellent condition the same way he received the merchandise Price buster furniture will take back the sectional free at charge with no restocking fee and update the receipt to the opposite side and pick up the new sectional.No problem here at D D Price buster we strive to make every customer Happy !!

This is our response to ComplaintOur crew chief, who made the small repair, took a photo of the plywood decking on the roof, where he installed a few new shingles, and there was no rotten plywood where he installed the new shingles Our crew chief and project manager went out there twice to fix her leak, not charging her for the second tripMonths later the customer called and said her pest control person said there were shingles that were loose on her roofThe customer's roof is old and the shingles are not in good shape to begin withPer her initial request, we repaired a very small area of the roof and we used nails in the repair as we always doWe also caulked her roof pipe penetrations and did our best to help find and stop her leak, and we were successful in stopping the leakShe now says we did not nail down the shingles, which is false, and that we did not install the shingles properly which is falseWe told her we would be glad to come out and pull off the shingles we nailed down, but she would have to pay for new shingles to be installedThe Customer started yelling at me for saying this and threatening me by saying she would file a Complaint with the Revdex.com and on YELP if we did not do the work for free and then she immediately hung up the phone on meI tried to call back several times but she did not answerWe could not show up at her house without permission and she did not want to listen to us when we told her that we cannot warranty a repairShe needs a new roof and we told her there would be other leaks on her roof because her roof is old and in poor conditionWe are only guessing at where the leak is coming from and we were able to stop the leakAgain, we did not charge her for the second time we went to her houseWe stopped the leakHer accusation that we did not nail down the shingles is or that her plywood was rotted is falseCustomer did not want to pay money for new shingles after we removed the shingles we had installed on the repair She started yelling at us and hung up the phoneWe would have gone out there but she called us names, hung up the phone, would not answer our calls, and threatened us with filing complaintsWe are not going to refund any money for the proper work we did
