The coupon on there web state wasn't accepted at the register. Service was bad orders were wrong, manger was rude and hung up on meI ordered wings over the phone and told the girl I wanted to use the coupon on the website. She said ok and took the order. When I asked about it She never told me they would only accept it if I printed it off nor did it say that on the website . She had it wrote down that I was gone use it and never even asked me for the coupon she just rang it up. When I payed and realized it was She told me there was nothing that she could do chargers me full price and told me to call the mananer [redacted] in the am. I got mad and tried to talk to her about it and she just kept blowing me off. We where planning to dine any and after that I told her I wasn't going to cause a scene or start cussin but If there was nothing she was gone do about it we where leaving. she said no to call back tomorrow and we left. I Got home and the Order was wrong and things were missing. I ordered 20 honey hot and asked if they could make it just a lil hotter than normal. She gave me 10 honey hot and 10 very very hot wings it had told me over the phone when I tried to order 2 kinds I couldn't . When I called the manager the next day she was very rude and kept cutting me off not letting me talk she told me she knew all about and wouldn't listen to my side. I told her about my Order being wrong and she didn't t care. I told her I ordered carrots and got none she said they must been out it happens it's the weekend. I told her I asked for them specifically and was told I would get them. I told her if that was something that was supposed to come with it that I should have been told and compensated for the missing item and that I had the same problem the night before with no carrots. She just told me that's not the was it works. If they were out then they were out. The manger didn't even want to talk about the order being wrong. She told me that she would make up for it if I came back in today only while she was here she would allow me to buy the same 20 piece for 21.95. That was the same price as the coupon. I told her how was that making up for anything cause I could just print it off now that I knew it had to be and come in anytime for the next month( how long the coupon was good for on the website). She got mad and hung up one me. When I called back she let it ring for several mins before she answered it yelling at me telling me that she had caller id and she knew it was me. When I asked for a cooperate number or her boss she refused to give me the cooperate number and would not give me the name or number of the name or number for the person above her. She took my name and number and said he would call me right back and I never heard from anyone. Desired SettlementI think at a minimum I should get my 5 dollars refunded back but with the trouble I have been through and the way I have been treated I think I deserve more. Business Response Let me start by saying I'm really sorry things happened the way they did. On the day of the incident, customer called and placed a call in order over the phone and stated he was using a coupon so cashier took the order. When the customer came in and did not have the coupon (which must be present to get coupon price), the cashier rung order for the regular amount. When customer didn't get the coupon price without presenting the coupon (phone coupons are never accepted at any of the stores cashiers have to have those attached to tickets every time an order is placed using the coupon, theft reasons), customer tried to present the coupon via phone which is not accepted and cashier did not accept his method of coupon the customer just got very angry at the cashier and started calling her out of her name. The poor cashier became afraid and was going to just suffer the consequences of allowing him to use it any way he then started to curse calling her [redacted] in front of the other customers that were in the restaurant. Whenever customers call in an order and states they have the coupon they bring it in with them. That's just like me going to a restaurant to use a coupon I got out the Sunday paper, they are going to ask for the coupon, I cant pull the Sunday paper up on my phone and say here it is. Here at All Star our commitment to our customers is very high we strive on offering good customer service and anyone who cannot display that will not work for the company. All Star will not serve customers that uses profanity directed at any of its employees. And as far as the website it says the coupon must be present and far as a refund of any amount will not be given because technically he didn't have a coupon. With regards to the store manager [redacted] did all she could to accommodate the customer but he was very rude with his demands as to what the company should do for him and very condescending to her ergo, the company will not refunding him any money. And let me address his order, if it was wrong the rule is that you must return the order in order to have it redone or have your money refunded. Neither was done by the customer. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)First of all I don't know who responded to this but this is blasphemous, a lie and defimation of character and I'd love to talk to who ever wrote this. I was very aggravated over the even but not at the cashier personally. She had no reason to be afraid nor did she show any signs of being afraid. She did have an attitude. She told me straight up that she wouldn't take the coupon and there was nothing I could do but call the manager tomorrow. I absolutely never called her any names and am very offended at that accusation. Nor did I ever cuss during the whole interaction with cashier I even actually told her that I wasn't going to cuss or make a scene but I was very aggravated and thought something should have been done. She was very rude about it and told me direct that she wasn't going to do anything. If she had done something or offered to we wouldn't even be having this conversation. I still can't believe anyone would accuse me of calling them a "[redacted]". That is so insulting. As for the manger I was only rude back after she was rude to me cutting me off and yelling at me from go not even caring what I had to say. She even made it clear that one of the cooks was an of duty Mpd office as if in threatening mater. I have a copy of coupon. In very small Barely ledgeable print it does say no photocopies. Here is the diffanition of photocopies per google noun, plural photocopies.1.a photographic reproduction of a document, print, or the like.I didn't produce a pic,and according to the definition what website says u can't even present a printed off coupon cause that would be a photocopy. So how are u supposed to use it. I thought it was a special. Once it's over it's over cause it says no photocopies. Doesn't say has to be printed out. I presented her with the actual web site on my phone to show here the special and she also never said on the phone while taking my order when I told her I wanted the special on the website I had to print anything off. (. Which manager told me she should have). This is just a ploy to take advantage off customers 5 dollars at a time. It is vey different than taking a pic of the sun paper and presenting it, This is your website not a third party web site. If I take a coupon on my phone to a store that its their coupon esp on their website they accept it. I have never had a store that wouldn't accept a coupon on their own web site. If it was on a third party website I could understand that. But this is ur website and it says nothing about printing it off. As for the order being messed up I did call back up there both times about the carrots that it was supposed to come with and was told " if I didn't get it then we must be out there just vegetables that's life". The second time I ordered I was promised they had them in stock and I would get them. I didn't. .That is part of what I paid for when I placed my order. That's like going to [redacted]'s ordering a burger and fries combo and paying for it and them not giving u any fries and say "oh were out sorry." That's not Gona fly and this shouldn't either. I was told it is supposed to come with wings, carrots, and bread. First time I got no carrots but I did get bread. Second time I got neither one. I also have witness to all of this. Esp the interaction with the cashier. The manager did nothing to accommodate me all she did was insult my intelligence making me thinking I was getting something when I was doing nothing but spending , more money and still not getting any kind of restitution . How is that helping. I was also promised on the manager mother's grave I would have the store manager call me and wouldn't give me their name nor contact info. Yet again another lie. I would be happy for them to pull the video and check it,esp if it has sound. I don't know if this is the cashier trying to cover her self or the company making stuff up to discredit my claim by discrediting my character but it is a lie and very insulting. I have never spoken to a lady like that in my life. Final Business Response
