When we notified [redacted] that there was a problem with the compressor and there would be a labor charge for replacing the compressor [redacted] blew up. All Start was unable to communicate with Justin. The next morning there was a complaint filed. All Start found out that [redacted] purchased the parts from one of there vendors. All Start was able to acquire a new compressor under warranty and install it. All Start did not charge [redacted] for the replacement of the compressor. As for now [redacted] is happy. There will be no gas card no discount on repairs and no free oil changes. Thanks [redacted] All Start Electric L.L.C.

Review: We agreed that all start would fix my ac in my car witch is a [redacted] vibe. When I say fix I mean a compleat new system . At first Jon the owner quoted me 2,000$ for every thing parts and labor. Then I looked around and asked Jon the owner if I got the parts myself and they do the work he said "no problem as long as they are all brand new". So that's what we agreed on because it saved me about 500$. Then he quoted me 1,000$ for the work. So I dropped the car off to him two days later they call and say all done ac blowing nice and cold ! I said great ill be by to get it. Well got in took off and it still doesn't work. So I take it back to them and Jon says we will take care of it. So today I get a phone call from Jon asking me if he can cut a hole in my firewall because he says the brand new valve is no good. Of course I said do not cut my firewall the dash has to come off to get to the valve. So then he said well I'm gonna have to charge you another1,000$ ???? Anyone els see something wrong with this?Desired Settlement: Finish the job I paid for and do it right ! If it is the valve witch I still don't know how you got that seeing as you haven't taken dash off it has two year warranty . Do not ask me to pay you any more money I have already paid you! Also I want a month gas card and 75% off my next repair if I ever need one and three oil changes for free
