All State Auto Transport

What happened was we delivered the car, customer walked around it several times, saying how unhappy he was with this purchase he made, according to him, the seller( not me ) told him it was in better shape then it was,after being there more then enough time for him to inspect and walk around it several times, He calls us min later, after loading it on his car trailer, and tells us there is damage.He never contacted me when car was being delivered, it was not until min later and putting it on his trailer, did my driver get the callEven at that, I called my driver, asked him if he did any damage and he said no.I would of been happy to talk to him before he took delivery of the car, signed off on the car on the bill of lathing as no damage by usBut it wasn't until after we left and he put the car on his trailerI can not be held responsible for something once we leave and hes signed offThank YouJim

I hired allstates auto transport from sellers suggestionmy contact was jimall calls went find before & during transportdriver had car unloaded when I got there to pick it uphe pointed out a few blemishes then left in a hurryit had been about minafter he left I noticed damage to front air dami called driver about it & he said it had to be there when picked upi contacted seller & he said it was new & had no damage when he delivered the car to transport locationthe pics on sellers ad show no damagei have sent several e/m,s to co& left msgs, on there phoneas of date I have no response from shipper concerning this problemthis has been almost a month since receiving autothe parts I have found that does not require a lot of prepbefore painting & appears to be like the originalit will cost $350.00+- pluse cost to paint & replacethat I do not have a figure yeti would have let the paint & installation ride if the cohad ac

I am rejecting this response because:i did not walk around car several times complaining about condition.yes it was not what I expected,but this was addressed to sellernothing said in presence of driverdriver was in a hurry to leave & quickly pointed a few blemishes & said these were noted on bill of lading, which by the way my copy was unreadable the carbon was so badit was not min later it was about 5.& I had not loaded car on my trailer yeti was still looking at car when driver leftit was still on the groundas I said before I ask seller if air dam was damaged when it was delivered by him at pickup pointhe said no it was new & he installed it himselfhe indicated he was upset also that it arrived busted.all that happened & what was said can be backed up by the person I had with me I made several attempts to talk to shipper but was ignoredcar was off transport when I got thereof course the driver was not going to take responsibility if he damaged itthere is no way him or his driver would know if I called driver after loading on my trailer{ with I had not yet{ because driver was gone before I loaded itif transporter is not at fault then why would he refuse to contact me or respond to the issue until I filed a complaint to witch he did not respond to you you until your last attempt to contact him? he had plenty of time to respond to both of us before nowhe stated to me that car was insured to witch I never saw any paperwork stating thatonly his wordhe just dosen,t want to take any responsibility for damagedi have a witness to what I say took place, he only has the word of his driverthank you
