Review: As [redacted] of the [redacted] where I live, I notified this establishment on more than one occasion NOT TO LEAVE THEIR LEAFLET'S AT EACH APT. DOOR AND ON THE FLOOR. We have a place in the lobby where they can be placed. Sometime tenant's are away and leaving this near or stuck in a door would tell a "would be robber" that that tenant is not home. We are trying very hard to maintain a clean, safe environment. All State Decorator's will not co operate! Please help!Desired Settlement: We like for All State Decorators to LEAVE THEIR ITEMS IN THE PROPER PLACE IN THE LOBBY ONLY AND NOT AT EACH APARTMENT DOOR.

Review: On 1/**/15 eight (8) months ago. A man name Steven C, came to my house to pick up a deposit of $ 150.00 ( one hundred fifty dollars) for them to come out on the next Thursday before 12:00. To measure my furniture for slip covers, No one never came. Someone was in the apartment up to 4:00pm. They said they came but they DIDN'T. I've been calling them for all these month off and on. They are always giving some kind of reason for not returning my money. After a few months of them not coming to measure my furniture. I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund of my $ 150.00. I was told that the whole $150.00 would not be returned, some monies need to be held back for cancelations. They keep giving me the run around. I talk to Steven C. Again on three weeks ago and he informed me that he would be calling me back, which I never received that call. I call him back on 9/*/15 and he said he called me and left a message... NOT TRUE ( I don't have an answering machine) when I told him I didn't have an answering machine, he then said someone called him back from the number and told him they didn't want furniture covers!!! He is playing great games.. I can really assure you that I have been waiting for this call for ever, and I would have NEVER turned down this call.. I just want my money returned before making this a court order. If they have to take money it shouldn't be $75.00, cause when I was talking to Steven C. On 9/*/15 he said he would bring me $75.00 on the next Sunday of this month.. He said I would not be recovering the balance of my money.. Steven C. Said they would be taking $75.00 out of the $150.00. Please help me with this case.. Please tell me what I need or should do. Should I take the $75.00 if he brings it on Sunday and take them to court for the rest?? Or should I just take them to court for the full amount?? PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER..
