I received a call from Mr*** stating that his smoke detectors went off and no one called to advise himI told him I would get back to him that I had to look into this matter and get a reasonIt was discovered that when his system was put online they put our office number in where his
contact info should have wentWhen I call Mr.*** back to discuss this finding within the same day, I explained to him and stated my deepest apologies and I made sure it was corrected to contact him at his locationHe then asked me how do I know that this system will work , I said that your system was put in test, that we will test your devices and then we can call and verify that signal was receivedWe did this step and it was verified They called him and verified signalI once again apologized and stated our company was very sorry , I know that if it would have been a actual fire he would not have been contacted but the fire department would have and I tried to explain that to himI stated to him for this mishap I would give him (3) month free monitoringAt the time the phone call ended it was my understanding that everything was ok and we were gonna continue monitoring his account Then we received this letter, I can tell you that I take this kind of stuff very serious and I handled this entire incident as quick and swift as I couldIf he is this upset we will let him out of contractbut on the phone call he stated differently to myself
