VERY poor communication and they do not stand by their work! We hired All State after seeing them at the MD Home and Garden ShowThey installed a new roof on our house OctIn March 2018, we had a wind storm with gusts up to 40-mphWhen we came home, we found roof shingles all over our front yard! We were the ONLY ones in the neighborhood whose roof blew apart from the wind....and...we had the newest roof! That should NEVER happen with a 1/ year old roof!! So we contacted All State and explained what happenedThey said they'd take care of itWell, after calling over and over again, each time explaining the situation, FINALLY, the older gentleman (owner) , came to our house (without notice) and took a few shingles we had saved ( to match color) from the porch He said " we'll take care of it"ThennothingWe kept calling and callingWeeks, then, months go byThey finally said they'd bring us some shingleswell, they dropped off 6!! That was itSo, for months, they just strung us along, with no intention of ever taking care of the problemIt would've been better if they told us that from the get-goWe wasted so much time and were so frustrated just trying to get some resultsSo we hired someone elseThey took pics of the roof...it needed a whole BUNDLE of shinglesNOT just the measly All State left! Plus, they had to nail down more loose shingles! If the roof had been installed properly in the first place, we never would've had this problemObviously, quality work and customer service is not their top priority! Very dissatisfied!

Another company investigated and found the water damage came from "poor workmanship" and charged me for the investigation and sealing the windows There is still interior damage to the wall and floor The company that investigated gave me an estimate to fix the interior damage of $on November 11, I contacted All State many times, but they have not repaired or replaced me
