We have no record of [redacted] ever calling our office at [redacted]. We have scanned our database multiple times and have found no record of doing the installation of his gutters for him on his house located...

at [redacted]. If we are wrong he can email or fax us a copy of his contract so we can review the job. There are several other LeafGuard franchises located around the tri-state area so it is likely that it was another branch that installed the gutters on the house. Although, if we are wrong please tell him to email or fax us a copy of his contract and we will be happy to review it.

has been resolved.  They came to our house when I was not home and left a work order in our mailbox.  I tried calling them to see what the problem was and of course have not received call back.  I have to see when the next heavy rain comes to see if the water runs properly through the gutter instead of over it like a waterfall.  I wish they had left me a note describing what the problem was i.e.- clog or what ever.

Review: I have been trying to call the Long Island office ###-###-#### for several weeks. However, nobody ever picks up the phone and it goes to voicemail. My issue is that my gutter is clogged and the product is described as guaranteed never to be clogged!Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to repair the clog!

Review: Proposal was drafted for repair services on my gutters to be performed by All State Leaf Guard on my home. Proposal was drafted on 10/10/12 and an deposit of $200.00 was given to company. Despite repeated calls on my side to have the job completed, All State Leaf Guard cancelled on every promised date of service. After last cancellation on 4/13/13 told All State Leaf Guard not to proceed and to return the initial $200.00 deposit. They agreed to this. As of today, 6/11/13 I have yet to receive the $200.00 refund, despite being told three (3) times that check was being cut.Desired Settlement: Want my $200.00 returned as promised by All State Leaf Guard.

Review: We bought gutters from All State Leaf Guard, Inc. on 6/*/2003.

The contract states: If LeafGuard Gutter ever clogs, our company, All State LeafGuard, Inc. will clog at no charge to the homeonwner."

We now have a clog and I have tried multiple times to contact them and explained situation. They never returned a call until I said I was interested in buying gutters. Spoke with a gentleman who confirmed we had a contract (seemed nice) and said he would send someone by end of week or the following week (ending 6/**). No one came and they have not returned multiple calls since.Desired Settlement: Have them come and fulfill contract obligations...unclog the gutter

Review: our gutters have a lifetime guarantee of never clogging and we have a clog in them that is causing water damage. We called the 1 month ago about the problem 5/**/14 and they called back 1 week later (after more calls to them) saying we are under warranty and they would be out that week 5/**/14. They have never showed up and have failed to return our numerous phone calls and emails. The water damage is getting worse and we do not know what to do.Desired Settlement: we would like them to come out and fix the problem. we chose their gutter system because we didn't want to worry about water overflow from clogged gutters and they are not standing by their product or even have the courtesy to call customers back.
