I have moved several years in my lifetime and never experienced such wonderful service as I did with All State Movers Every time I called them, they always responded back the same day even if they could not give me the answer I was looking for and said they would investigate my situation and got back to me the following day with a response I have never witnessed such wonderful customer service which I did appreciate When the movers came they were extremely very polite on both ends and I do recommend very highly this moving company They are truly compassionate and give the best service I have witnessed in a long time

All state movers sent over some movers who were absolutely expert at their jobThis 4-person crew was professional, efficient, hardworking and really fastThey worked extremely well together and completed our move even more quickly than we anticipated; hence I had to pay less money at the endWe had no damages done any of our furniture or boxesThese guys are keepers!
The moving companies quote such ridiculous hourly rates and it’s just baffling to say the leastI was happy to pay exactly what was worth but not a cent over thatI hired All state movers for my move and asked them several times not to add any extra costs later in the billThey assured me there would be none and they kept their promiseTheir crew was very efficientI wanted the movers to be very careful with my things but do their jobs fastAmazingly, the guys did exactly what I asked forThey were very precise with their work and time efficient tooI was very impressed with them
I worked with Brian at All State Movers to ship some furniture and boxes from Racine, WI to my step-son in California. The whole process went very smoothly. A key to things going well is to submit a precise inventory (include measurements). To be on the safe side, I also sent pictures. That way, when the movers arrived at my house, there was no change to the estimate I had been given. The pick-up was at the time promised. The movers were courteous and efficient. Delivery was delayed by two days due to an oil leak with the moving van. Since we were not on a deadline, this was not a problem. The price was the lowest of the estimates I had received. Over all this was a good experience. I recommend this company if to anyone moving interstate.
Pros: showed up on time. Courteous. Knew their job. Made considerable effort moving things safely. Moved at a steady pace, neither fast nor slow.
Cons: Used an excessive amount of packing material, i.e., wrapped items with way too much tape. Carried one small item at a time. Although every box was clearly marked, 10 boxes were put in wrong location (and it wasn't as if they were in a hurry). Took a long time breaking down beds and putting them back together. Put the master bed together wrong, and broke two of the fittings. Said nothing to us. When it was time to go to bed it collapsed. We supplied packing materials, but they used theirs, and excessive amounts.

I'm so thankful to these guys for staying the same in the midst of this chaotic economy.

Movers were timely and they quickly secured and packed my furniture and boxes into the truck! Nothing was broken and the guys were beyond nice and helpful. They had paperwork for me to fill out that was thoroughly explained to me before I signed it!

When I called them, the customer service seemed very friendly and helpful. Their quote was more than cheap. The movers arrived sharp on time and were very capable looking. All four men had years of moving experience and it showed in the way they worked around my old house packing and loading all my belongings. Their efficiency ensured the work to be finished within a very short time. The men did all the hard work while keeping a smile on their faces. I’m just so impressed with this company.
I have to say that the Movers were very thoughtful and thorough, they double wrapped the tubs and boxes and worked without stopping. I had almost the same crew pack me as unpack me so it was nice to see the same faces. The estimate was off and I paid more, they said I had so much stuff. I don't know. Brian the sales person was very pleasant and I enjoyed working with him. They lost one item a vacuum. Brian found it and since his family lived close to where we now lived personally delivered it to us.
All State Movers is a great company. My experience with them was a wonderful one. From the very beginning to the end they were very professional and courteous. Brian took the time to explain everything to me. The day of the move David was very professional and courteous. He called me when they were on their way to my house, when they arrived at the house to confirm what was being moved and what was staying and they were on their way to the storage unit. They packaged everything securely and unloaded it into the storage until neatly and well organized.
I will definitely use All State Movers again if I ever move again and I will definitely refer them to anyone I know that ever needs movers.
