I contracted American Leaders Relocation to move from Philadelphia to NevadaI had issues with a previous company, *** moving, I thought this couldn't get any worse, so I made the deposit and was ready to move on*** assured me I would not have the issues I encountered with ***I addressed my concerns and made the depositUpon picking up my items, the delivery driver was less than professional, rude and of course *** was no where to be foundI was told he would be calling me back in minutes, that call did not comeMy items were collected and I was told roughly days or so for deliveryI called to get updates on location and progress due to my flying schedule, they seemed bothered, annoyed and was nonchalantOnce *** received my deposit he didn't care to assistCommunication was almost non existent, with no one answering the telephonesAfter expressing my frustrations and disappointment, and being fed lies of delivery dates, my items were delivered days shy of a monthWhen the items were being off loaded into my new home I noticed the items were not mineI advice the movers that the items are not mineThey searched and turned the truck around until they found my itemsI noticed things were missing while they off loaded, I was told that that's all they picked up and all my items are thereI know what I have, I know what I packedAfter unpacking into my new place surely I was correct, I was missing my computer desk and a container with mail and other gift itemsI also found a wheel and a small piece of furniture not belonging to meI called for days until I finally got someone, the trick is so not call from a telephone that's associated with your name - I had my sister conference the phone call until I spoke with someoneI kept getting the run around until they agreed to replace my desk etc......I am still waiting, telephone number is no longer in service
