Management avoids problems and tell you do call the corporate office and they never respond.This by far is the worst place I have rented from. The people at the office are just racist.They disclose your personal information to anybody and are judgemental about the race. This place is run by fat old ladies whose priority everyday is " how can I make someone miserable today"
I was having terrible water problems in my cellar for years and then I found Violette Sylvester in 2014 and my cellar has been dry ever since. They dug drainage channels for the water to flow over to a sump pump that they installed and corrected some drainage problems on the outside of the house also. What a blessing. I'm so glad that I found them. The work was done quickly and the cleaned up was great along with the price. Will definitely use them again if I need any other work done.
