I am rejecting this response because:You have got to be kidding all of that response IS A LIE, We tried over & over to call them even continuing to call when we got back to FloridaTHEY NEVER NEVER TRIED to contact us, I sent Emails & left messagesthe only call we got was the day before move, satafternoon, getting a call from a so called dispatcher telling me the truck would be there at am we sat & waited all day & went back the next day & was there the whole day again, never never were we contacted & for them to say we broke contract I am now thinking of suing themI am FURIOUS at their lies & acusations I would love to talk to them but they have my phone blockedI have reported them to the New Jersey Attorney General, if I was lying why would I go that farI am still in shock over their responseI want to proceed as far as I can go, this is a scam & a big rip off of good people

First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that the customer may have experiencedIt is never our intention for our customers to be less than satisfied with our services.Dates: It clearly says on our estimate that dates are estimated only and not guaranteedWe require days
window for the arrival of the truck as its arrival is dependent upon many various elements which may be beyond our control; we never know from one move to the next if the order for the move’s inventory has unexpectedly changed (sometimes it is doubled or tripled)This can cause the truck to be prematurely full before everyone who is scheduled on that route is able to receive servicesThus, many movers use rental trucks to pick up shipments to make sure the customers will still receive their services as timely as possible.Delivery: We do offer a direct delivery service which the customer would have to request and pay for in advanceThe charge for this VIP service is in addition to the price of the moveThe customer did not do so.Increase: Our men are not at liberty to determine if every item in the home is to be packed and shippedThey will begin by loading the items they can identify which are listed on the inventory list for the estimate (the items which the customer told the estimator to include for their move)If there are additional items which were not listed on the estimate the movers stop and offer the customers choices: #1) they can choose to ship any additional items themselves and send only the items listed on the original inventory list they provided with our movers#2) they can tell the movers they do want them to load the additional items which will result in additional charges#3) the customers can cancel their move and pay our men for their hourly work which the customers ordered when they instructed us to create their move.However, as a customer courtesy these customers have been reimbursed their full and entire amount of $All State Relocation has endured the expenses of paying the men for their hourly wages not only to load then unload the customer’s initially requested items, but to also travel to and from the origin, the rental of the truck, fuel, and there is loss of potential business because we have already lost much time and money for this customer.We regret that the customer felt the need to file a complaint with the Revdex.comWe trust that the above explanation helps them to better understand our position on this matter

All State Relocation Services requires our customers to be available for the
arrival of the truck at the origin for a hour windowIts time of arrival is dependent upon many elements which can be beyond our control (i.eroad construction, mechanical failure, among other possibilities)This information is explained both verbally as well as it is in our original estimateUnfortunately, we had sick drivers the day of the moveWe discourage our employees to come to work ill; we value our customers and do not want to even risk the possibility of getting them illHowever, we called the customers and advised them we would not arrive the 1st day of their window but could be there the next day or the day afterThe customer did not allow the required hours before they rented a U-haul and moved themselves
This could be considered violation of the cancellation policy and would forfeit the refund of their depositThe customers agreed to be picked up within a day window and did not allow the time they agreed to before they chose another optionHowever, as a courtesy to our customers, they were fully refunded their deposit paid to All State Relocation ServicesWe suggest the customers check with their banking institution to verify such credit has been applied

There is no point is telling lies, there is only disappointment waiting for those who lie. We run an honest business and our crews earn their money by hard work and dedication (without much appreciation). They must do whatever they can to meet the schedules of the many people on their route. Then, IF one move does not go as planned (or if there are sick employees) the customers are quick to say we took their money and it is a scam. Our crews spend all day packing and loading heavy items and boxes, unloading, driving but still having to maintain their mileage per the DOT regulations. They must insure when people have many additional items that their items do not throw the weight over what the tractor trailer/truck is capable of hauling. They must explain all the documents, they must obtain signatures from the customers, when a customer increases their shipment size by double they must take the brunt of the anger from not only the person who doubled their shipment in size because their price increased, but also the next person who cannot be serviced until the prior scheduled move is complete. There are so many variables which can affect truck routes, but it does NOT mean that we are trying to scam anyone! The customer should have received their deposit back by now. There should be no reason for them to make these allegations because we had sick drivers the 1st day of the pickup window. Yes, there are 2 days required for the pickup and we did not go past the 2nd day. The customer ASSUMED we were just taking her money and were trying to scam her. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!
We regret that the customer felt the need to continue their complaint with the Revdex.com. We trust that the above explanations enable them to better understand that there will situations beyond a company’s control for every business. All State Relocation Services does not participate in ANY illegal practices. Further, the customer has been fully refunded; there is not a legitimate reason to continue to slander our name. We do not want to use the Revdex.com as a stage for an argument.

I am FURIOUS at their lies & acusations.   I would love to talk to them but they have my phone blocked. I have reported them to the New Jersey Attorney General, if I was lying why would I go that far. I am still in shock over their response. I want to proceed as far as I can go, this is a scam & a big rip off of good people.
