The tow driver threatened by sons life and the safety of my new hone. I want back me $200.00 deposit.
I had contracted All State Car Transport LLC to bring home 2 of my vehicles. They subcontracted *** Auto Transport to transport my vehicles. One of the vehicles would not start and the tow driver contacted me on 5/14 to advise there would be and additional $60.00 to jump the car. They could not get the car started and tow driver stating the anti-theft was flashing; requesting I tell him how to turn it off. The tow driver was stating he could bring home the one vehicle but for the same price as transport for 2 vehicles. Complaining he had been out there twice already, the price of gas etc etc. If I would have overnighted the keys(There was an issue with FED EX; I had overnighted keys to Tow company on Tues 5/7 Fed Ex stating they would receive that Thursday; but the keys were not received by the tow company until Monday 5/13.He was also complaining about that. I was not certain on what to say to him and
walked outside and gave the phone to my son; who was working in the yard. My son explained that was the problem with vehicle; we had put on new starter and battery; trying to explain about the anti-theft. Tow guy complaining to my son the money he out for coming out here twice. Tow guy stating I am done with this what do you want me to do, do you want me to do the transport and my son said no and hung up. Tow guy called back
immediately stating when I race out there in Muncie I will be out there to blow your noodles back. I know where you live ***. My son contacted local police and filed a report; Police report XX-XXXXX.
The $200.00 deposit was made from a credit card. My sons life and the safety on my new home is the issue here.

Desired Outcome

This company needs to be held accountable for the unprofessionalism there driver displayed. I have only been in my new home 3 weeks. This experience has been very stressful to me and my family. I am going to wake up to a spray of bullets?

hired our services 5/7/19 to ship two vehicles from Illinois to Indiana . When *** hired us, she stated that the vehicles did not have the key at the pickup location. We told her she would need to overnight the keys to the driver so that he can load the vehicles because they can not transport without the keys. I also asked the customer if both vehicles were operable and she confirmed that they both were.
They keys were supposedly overnight but did not arrive to the drivers office until the 13th of May. The driver wasn't able to get it on the 9th as he thought he would, so he rescheduled the pickup for the 15th. When the driver arrives at the pickup location, one vehicles does not run. The driver attempted to load it anyway without a winch but the placement of the car made it very difficult for a truck to get to it. The driver agreed to take one vehicle but for the price of both because he wasted his time twice trying to get the vehicle and was unsuccessful.The clients son proceeded to use profanity. our drive himself his an older African American how wold use no such term. The following day we receive a call from the driver who was extremely upset at how he was treated. I spoke to our customer *** to try resolve the issue by picking the car up with a different driver who can accommodate a non running vehicle. *** did not allow us to try. We apologize for any incontinence and gave her a full refund . But we did our best to help the customer in having both cars shipped.

On Aug 8, 2018 I brought a 2014 Lexus es 350 from Rick Case in Davie, Fla. I live in Pensacola, fl. I was told to contact a Mgr at AllState Transport
I was told to contact customer rep named Vanessa about transporting car to Pensacola, fl. I had to wait to get papers shipped back to to the car dearship in order for car to be transported. I paid her $200 on my debt card for transport. After sending papers work thru UPS I contacted Vanessa to get car. She did sent driver to received car. I later by salesman car had been shipped out last Thrusday by text from salesman. I called Vanessa she said my car would be there Friday morn. No car
friday, I took off work one hour early hoping car would be there. Contacted Vanessa she there was a problem, car would be sent Monday evening. She gave me another sales lady named Tamara. I call her Monday 8/21/2018. This after only calling her, I got no contacted from these people concerning where's my car. Tamara did said oh it's in Orlando, Fl. I like Orlando it's suppose to be half way near Pensacola. She proceeded to tell it will be tomorrow before they can deliver it Pensacola. I told her I wanted my car. They have caused me and my husband distress lying about when my car will come. From Thursday Aug,16-Aug 20 2018. They have not tried to contacted me nor sent any text about my car. They are not professional at all with any updates with their customers. I feel they could have at least call or text me about my car after I paid them $200.00. I don't feel this company does not live up to being a reliable company.Car was purchased on Aug 8, 2018, a 2014 Lexus es 350. My Sales re named *** I paid 1$19,336.62 for cash cash money from my debit card from *** Federal Credit Union. I paid allstate Transport $200.00 deposit from my *** Federal credit debit card.

Desired Outcome

I'm a reimbursement from my bill since I told different days about delivering the car and taking a hour off my job friday and causing me emotional distress.

Brand New Car Damaged by Transport Hired by All States Car Transport
Do NOT make the HUGE mistake to hire this company to transport your car. Anywhere! Not even for 1/2 a mile. I was fooled to use them to transport my car from Florida to Texas and what a great regret. A few points:
1- Go pay them a visit at their office and you will have your first clue and hint you should avoid them
2- They 'claim' they are not brokers. They even post pictures of their trucks on their *** Page and *** Ask to see one of their trucks. They WILL hire brokers who you don't even know who they are
3- They will 'claim' your car is insured, and they will care of it if something happens. Well, NO. They will NOT do that. They will immediately:
a- Stop answering your calls
b- Point you to deal with the Company/Driver you had NO idea was actually transporting your car
c- Point you to deal with the company you did NOT pay for their services. You paid to All States Auto Transport not *** Auto Transport. Yet, they will pus you to deal with them
Again, AVOID this company by all means! Or as I suggested, go take a look at their 'State of the Art' office and also ask to see their parking lot and Company Trucks. Ask for their DOT Number. Ask for their Insurance that will protect your car. Read ALL reviews and be aware of the 'wonderful' fake reviews!
Of course, they will say none of this is true, which IT IS. And that they said this, said that, which the DID NOT. And that is why an Official Complain is coming about this company!

> Was delivered to them on pristine, PERFECT conditions
> Was delivered to me FILTHY. Driver did not want to wait for me to clean the car so had to sign the papers
> After car was hand washed, back of the car was FULL of damages from rocks that hit the car (Bumper and Back of Trunk)
> Driver AND All States Car Transport claims that was not possible. Well, it was and it is!

1- I would love to know way you saying that on our office please be more specific?
2- We are a broker and we don't hide it, it's on the contract that you sign please read what you sign. The picture on our web site is our truck, we do FL to NY route and broker all the rest.
3- All the carrier we use are license and insured and we did send you there certificate to your email. We always answer you email and phone call I personally was trying to help you please see picture of the damage you referring too, we gave you driver and carrier information as soon as we dispatch your order we work with your scheduled we have customer that come to the office on a daily basic to drop the car. You came to us from a moving company so we didn't get any payment from you we and the carrier actually received payment from the moving company you hired.
As we ask all our customer to do inspection on delivery to make shore the car has no damage and sign the bill of lading after the inspect the car, you did the inspection you sign that the car is in good condition and you re less the carrier from all responsibly, we try to help you as much as we could but if you re less the carrier from any damage the insurance didn't accept your claim, we offer all the help and any paperwork you need and did our best to help I attach picture of the damage and see what people think. Also our contract clearly say that All States Car Transport is not responsible for ant Damage you are insure under the carrier that haul your car, but when you re less him for damages you can't come back and say there is damage.

1- I am not obligated to give specifics about this company office.
2- This is a LIE from this company. In fact, on their web site they have pictures with their NAME on the trucks. That is at least FAKE advertising. Please see picture *** attached. WHY would a company put pictures with trucks with their branding IF they are nothing but a broker? That is FAKE, MISLEADING advertising. Owner is lying because I asked if they were brokers on our first voice contact and she told me NO they were not! And she just admitted they have a truck with their name and in fact do FL > NY. She NEVER said they would only do FL > NY. That is a LIE!
3- As for this, this is the kind of business this person runs. Deceptive. This is the response she gave me to a *** review I posted. Question: Car is MINE, not hers. Car is BRAND NEW. If damages need 'magnifying glass' to be seen, even with a magnifying glass they could NOT BE SEEN before just because they did NOT EXIST until I trusted her services.

I will continue to pursue this business and take legal action if I have to. I will continue to use ALL social media medium available to customers so this business can learn to be more ethical and HONEST with whoever they deal with. If I can save ONE single customers from making the mistake they did and CONTINUE to do, I will be justified.

Business SHOULD return the money they got paid for the transport of my vehicle ($775) OR pay my deductible ($500) OR pay for the entire car repair ($1,200) to show they are really behind of what they preach.

1. Bill of lading show damage on pick up under the front bumper and no additional damage on the delivery that was sign by you on delivery.
2. What are you trying to show on the video?
3. Truck driver not waiting for customer to clean the car. If you went clean car you should transfer in enclose carrier when you ship open there is dust on the road and your car is open.
4. The damage can happen from pressure cleaning your car, YOU sign bill of lading re Lessing driver from any damage.
5. Well the damage under the car was notes but the other one that we attach picture needed magnify glass you had to point your finger in order to show damage that can happen any time after delivery (you can driver in the street and small rock can fly from the road) see attach photo.
We always answer your call and email not like you say we didn't we provide you with Carrier certificate of insurance we try to put a claim but insurance reject it becomes you signed bill of lading re less driver from any damages, we gave you the services to drop of the car here we did inspection with driver and email you the bill of lading, we never hide the fact that we are a broker verbally and on the order form.

Here is a copy of the contract that show that we are a broker on terms and conditions 2, as well as that All states Car transport will assist customer with the claim (wish we did fill it send all doc)pleases read number 11. we did our best to help you but you re less driver by signing the bill of lading we told you when you drop it off to do inspection on delivery before you sign the BOL. you are claiming for damages that are not reasonable the insurance reject your claim and there is noting we can help you. to how ever read this please look at the pictures and the contract.

A.: You might have difficukties reading or understanding. Car was delivered on a condition impossible to detect any damage

A: Car is mine not yours. Small or not, damages were not there.
ALL damages were on BACK of car. Are you suggesting I drove the car on REVERSE? Please, use common sense. Car was damaged on transport as it was loading with its back facing the back of truck cabin and rocks flew FROM truck tires or road into back of car. Rock damages happen on FRONT of cars, NOT BACK

Horrible business. I have used multiple other transport services and I would highly recommend using anyone besides this company. They provide a lot of empty promises and never follow through. They will not treat you like a valued customer. The owner was rude and unprofessional when I tried to explain my grievance. They also ended up being to most expensive and yet you received the worse service. Avoid

Mr. Let start with you telling the truth we pick up the day we told you and delivery on the day we told you yes the driver was late 3 hours do to traffic that was out of is control.
I'm the owner I spoke with you call you back and gave you all info on Friday (day of delivery) you spoke with *** and insist of talking to me I was on the soccer field with my son but I take the time and call you, I explained I'm on the field and don't have access to computer and gave you same answer as *** I was with the driver on the phone and he update me with everything that happen, he was informing you every step of the way even that you where unpleasant to talk to him and complained on is accent all I wish for you is that someone will talk to you mother or wife the same way you talk to me.

I spoke the truth. If your going to accuse someone at least get your facts correct. First off the vehicles was delivered a day later not 3 hours later. The driver actually called me at 3 in the morning to deliver it. Second yes the owner did call but was rude and unprofessional. The owner also answered none of my questions so the call she is referring to was a waste of time and oxygen. Yet again as in the statement above she was rude, accusing, unpleasant, and yet again resolved nothing. It was also very professional to attack my wife or mother.

I had an excellent experience shipping a car to my son from California to Arizona. Michael B. explained their terms and services clearly, he was available by phone directly and answered my many questions. I got my car picked up where it was convenient for me by a very nice driver. Quote and terms were clear on the contract. I found it easy and at a reasonable fee for the service. Michael was very pleasant (and funny) to work with. I would highly recommend them.
