Mr***, ordered a building from All Steel NW, anauthorized dealer for *** *** *** ***. We worked with Mr*** and sent him an invoice,he signed it and payed us the deposit. We quoted to weeks for delivery, the manufacture called to schedule wellwithin the
time quoted. On specialorders, which was the case with Mr*** because he ordered a non-standardsize, *** *** *** *** collects 38% down in addition to the 12% AllSteel NW collects. This helps to deter cancelations oncustomized buildings. After the buildingis completed, *** *** *** *** collects the remaining 50%.Also the customer ordered a building last year paid hisdeposit and then canceled with the manufacture. He never called to get his deposit back, which we would have done. Then he called back this year to order abuilding. As stated in our invoicedeposits are valid for days. So hehad to pay a new deposit. The problem, was twofold, the estimated delivery date givenby the manufacture to Mr*** after he ordered was off by a week. In addition Mr*** did not read his invoice, which stated 50%down on special orders. Duringscheduling of his building, *** screamedand berated the girl working in the main office. Then he wrote a very nasty email usingprofanity. Then he emailed me an email witha lot of profanity. I called *** and calmed him down and went over theprocess. Then I called *** *** *** and was told they canceled his order due to the profanity and the wayhe treated the staff. I called the plantmanager and worked out a compromise and got the order re-started. The next day the President of the companyheard about the incident and canceled the order again. He reimbursed Mr*** his money bycheck. I attempted to change his mindbut he said no.So I emailed Mr*** the disposition of his order, andthat’s when he made a complaint.Below is a copy of the email I received from Mr***;I just spoke to the most*** *** person I have talked to in a whileYou *** have taken a depositfrom me two different *** timesI just cancelled the 2nd carport from you*** in a yearYou *** are getting put ALL OVER FacebookYou tell methe 8th, some other mn calls me today and says that she is installing on the17thAND then, she tells me that 10' wide is a "Special" order andrequires 50% down AND you will charge me 3% for using a debit cardNeedless tosay I am *** enough to get my attorney on you ***I AM however filing aRevdex.com complaint on your ***You are not getting away with another deposit bydeceptive advertising.Very*** Sincerely and thanks for *** thieving my money AGAIN!***- You are going to hear from me.re

To respond to the complaint ID-***, the customer had requested an estimate from one employee, but another employee ended up trying to finish his order, staying after 5pm to take his order, in which he stopped responding and had to finish ordering on MondayAt the time of ordering, every
customer is required, not pressured to sign a contract in order to purchase a building from usAttached is the copy of the invoice that was sent to himYou can see that it is not blurryAt the time of ordering as well, we inform our customers that they will receive a call from our manufacturer a week or two in advance to establish a set day and time for installationWe do not do scheduling in this officeOn the estimate as well, it is stated that with the APPROXIMATE time for delivery, the ETA varies by locationTo address the customer calling and not getting a hold of anyone, we are always in the office accepting phone calls and emails, there is no record of us missing any contact from himThe customer spoke with our manager, frustrated and asking for a refund and was not told that it was too bad, he was told that there was no way for us to get him his building any faster, and although our policy is not to offer refunds (it states this on our invoices) he was offered $if he was willing to keep his buildingThe customer got angry and did in fact threaten to come down to our office and get physical with the owner and possibly the sales teamAt that time, our manager rescinded his offer for the $refund and cancelled his order. ***DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
