HelloI had several back and forth conversations with the company after this report was receivedThe last correspondence I had confirmed that what they were saying I received (a sticker with a border, for lack of a better explanation) is NOT what I receivedWhen I pointed this out, the conversation ceasedI followed up with them again in case they didn’t receive my last response to them and I still received nothing in returnMy complaint stilll stands Please advise

They sent me another email finally acknowledging they made a mistake, but then asked why I didn’t catch it before they printed it? That’s not my job! ? When I replied and stated that I didn’t think I had to specify what I ordered after I ordered it, I didn’t receive another response back
