Use this company - if you want a poor quality job. My floors were covered with the exact carpeting throughout the house, yet the refinishing job All Stone did is inconsistent. When I asked the owner, Scott, about this, he just said, "there are stains" and you "just don't know how they will turn out". There are no stains, just floor which look like were completed okay, others that look like nothing was done to them. This illogical statement directly contradicts what his own technician told me.The technician actually said the crew who completed my job did not do a good job, that their work was not up to the company's standard, and that they had taken advantage of me. Not surprisingly, this technician is no longer with the company. Too bad, he apparently had high standards and a sense of pride. Unlike the actual owner of the company. I'm now working with another company to fix the job and refinish my floors to look like they can and should look.
We try to make every customer happy unfortunately in some situations terrazzo has severe stains that will not come out which is clearly stated on her contract and we told her verbally many times. It's also ironic that over a year later after the service we get a complaint.. anything could have been done to these floors over the past year. We're very sorry that she is not satisfied with the work but it should have been addressed immediately. And it clearly states on the contract that the stains may only lighten.
The owner is not being truthful. In fact, he is outright lying. I most certainly reached out to the company right after the job was completed, working with a technician, Ricky, to correct problems. It is also worth noting that when the first crew completed the job, they called me while I was having dinner at a local restaurant, insisting they needed to stop by the restaurant and pick up my check for payment. Sadly, I complied without seeing the "finished" job. I have been trying ever since to get the situation remedied. Their own technician stated the job was not done properly and that the original crew took advantage of me. No wonder he left this horrible company. I have many, many text messages and records of telephone calls to back up my position. I also have an estimate from a competitor stating there a NO STAINS on my floors, just a poor quality job. All Stone is the bottom of the barrel for poor quality work, poor customer service, you name it. I would have rated them "0" stars if that had been possible. An honorable business would either fix the problems or refund my money. Period.
We have a perfect record with the Revdex.com been with them for many many years. And I take slander very serious. I strongly suggest that you read your contract and we did discuss the stains and no you never called me back you called me back 6 months later. And I don't appreciate someone calling me a liar as I do not lie.. there's a reason we are accredited with the Revdex.com.
I was working with your technician, Ricky, who stated very clearly the job was poorly done. I also have an estimate from another company stating the same. There was absolutely never any discussion about stains except for the kitchen which you yourself stated could not be refinished. However, that turned out to be the only room that actually looks good, Ricky himself having finished that. There is nothing slanderous about any of my statements. Just the facts. Good luck to you.
