I am NOT a policy holder of SafewayI was involved in an accident with a policy holder and have had the displeasure of dealing with Safeway over the course of months and am still not finished with itI called the day of the accident, no answer, left voicemailNever received a call backI did get a call from the inspector to tell me when he would come look at it ( a week after the accident)I called the claims agent assigned to my case with questions about the estimate, repair and rental services and did not receive a call backOver the last months, I have called the claims agent about six times, only to speak with her onceI called, per her instruction, with well over hour notice of taking my car in for repair so she could make a rental reservationTo be specific, I called her business days prior to my repair appointmentI left her a voicemail and specifically asked for her to call me back with details of the reservation (who it was with, length of reservation, etc.)I left her voicemail a day apart regarding the rental reservationNot only did I not receive a call back, no reservation was madeI had to go through my insurance company to have the reservation madeNot a big deal, but the cost is inconvenientOverall, I feel they are unresponsive and unreliableI am greatly disappointed with the level of customer service provided
