Revdex.com spoke to Tara at business and the following was relayed: The wife called and switched the credit card on file, which we updated per her requestThe next month she called us back and said that the card was her mother-in-laws credit card and said something about it being stolen or fraudulently usedThe husband did call and speak with us also about the issue, which is an issue in their family and not related to usThe storage is an outside storage facility and our contracts stated that the individual rents at their own riskWe do offer insurance or they can put under their homeowner's or renter's insuranceIn years I have not had one single report of any issue with miceRegarding the last payment charged, the contract states we require day notice which was not providedRevdex.com is requesting customer provide pictures of the damaged items, mice feces, etcAdditionally, Revdex.com is requesting a copy of the/any police report regarding the credit card issue

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is whats going to happen The contract in my possession is dark and washed out and illegible but hey whatever right? [redacted]

In 6 years I have not had one single report of any issue with mice. Regarding the last payment charged, the contract states we require 30 day notice which was not provided. Revdex.com is requesting customer provide pictures of the damaged items, mice feces, etc. Additionally, Revdex.com is requesting a copy of the/any police report regarding the credit card issue.
