The piece of our roof (apparently called the fascia) that fell off of our roof during a storm one night and landed in our driveway was unexpected, and as most people feel during accidents like this, super annoying Instead of having to stress about it at all, All Storm Solutions knew just what to do and took care of it quickly and did an incredible job, too! As a sidenote, they were also the lowest estimate we received (and nicest to work with, which is always a HUGE plus.) Winning! There is no doubt I would recommend them to anyone I know THANK YOU, All Storm Solutions!

Our organic shingles were defective and needed to be replaced. All Storm Solutions did the replacement. Our experience was positive from beginning to end.

Having storm damage to my house looked to All Storm Solutions to make the necessary repairs. Had new siding, trim and roofing done, they did a very good job wirh no defects. House looks brand new now, cleaned up the yard very good, also they raked up my leaves so the makes everything looki better. They have a crew of 8 men that work well together. I would recommend this business to anyone without
reservations. The management and working crew were very easy to work with.

REPLACEMENT WINDOWS
We contracted All storm solutions for the replacement of all our windows in the house. After examining the sample windows (the small display window) they looked very well built. With pricing all storms came in the ballpark and after a conversation with them they offered the triple pane windows for next to nothing for the upgrade. Once a color was decided on the topic of screens came up. The manufacturer offered as standard a half screen (why would you only want a half screen if the windows open from the top and bottom) after going back and forward we found out we could get full screens, of course at an extra charge. We went with the full screen and informed them we would like the heavy duty screen due to having young Grandchildren, they love to poke. The windows were ordered and an install date was agreed upon, (this took a little bit of doing, I felt we were left out of the loop and too many calls had to be made) The day of install came and there was a little confusion as to the arrival time, eventually it worked out, once the windows were installed upon inspection of the screens we noticed the screens had holes in them, some the material was so loose it waved with the wind, the locking pins were the weakest cheapest thing I have ever seen, a do it yourselfer would take more pride then to use them. Oh and that heavy duty screen we ask for not going to happen. After contacting All storm, a couple of times it was agreed they would replace the screens, (too many phone calls got to the point we felt we were being ignored) however it would take a couple three weeks for the replacements to arrive. During the waiting time we did an inspection on the install and found some of the caulking had voids in it and some never made it to the edge. All storm was notified and informed us that it would be taken care of and that they couldn’t understand how that could happen “after all we used 15 tubes of caulk” So long story short the new screens show up and you know it they are in the same condition poor quality, after going around and around again they had (or so they said) the screens re-screened sorry poor quality again, oh yah that heavy duty screen not going to happen. As for the caulking the installers said no problem we will just soak the caulk with gasoline and smooth it out. At that point we said that’s it, just leave the screens we are done.

The management at All Storm are great but the crews they send out to do the work are TERRIBLE. We had them repair siding, roof, and door - nightmare experience. They sent 4 different people to caulk my patio door. They left so many nails in my yard after the roofing job that I had to hire other people to simply clean my yard of nails. The siding crew were so bad that they were eventually fired by All Storm. They kept blaming "production and suppliers" - I suggest nobody use these guys because they have terrible crews who do the work.
