Xavier, owner "resurfaced" by tub and surrounding tile and used PAINT, not GLAZE. it does not clean and chips. He REFUSES to call me back after 7 mo's
DO NOT HIRE XAVIER.
I see that he has some past good reviews and I don't know what has happened that he has changed his quality.
He"resurfaced" my tub but after four months it started to chip and I noticed was very hard to clean. I called him REPEATEDLY and texted and even stopped by his store (no one was there) and he NEVER, not once, has bothered to call me back. Yes, I used scrubbing bubbles to clean it as he recommended. How UNPROFESSIONAL to not even call me back, EVER after repeated calls.
I was recently told by another contractor that he didn't even use glaze, he used paint! No wonder why it won't clean and chips.
A friend of mine called him today and he said to my friend "that he does not guarantee commercial jobs and he would call me back" What? He KNEW that I was an *** host because that was the biggest reason why I wanted my guest tub reglazed! Also, he never told me about this "not guaranteeing commercial jobs" He lied to my friend and he USED PAINT!!!!! NOT GLAZE!!!. BTW, of course, he never called me back.
Clearly he is hiding behind something because otherwise any decent human being would call an upset customer back after the first phone call. I've been trying to get in touch with him for over 7 months! And I am out close to $700.
What a ***!
I would like a full refund of $711. I do not trust him to redo the project so I have to hire someone else to clean up his mess
We received a voicemail from this customer on 1st of March threatening to file a bad review if we did not come out to repair her tub immediately. That's not how we do business, there is a process for filing and for us to acknowledge or deny any repair warranty claim.
This bathtub was resurfaced initially In May, 2019. Two days later after job was completed we got a call to come back out to look at the tub because customer did not like how the finish feel to the touch, we went back out and inspected the tub and nothing was wrong, but for the comfort of the customer we went ahead and sanded the bathtub and did a second resurfacing on tub. The Customer was happy when job done.
On that second visit we were told that the resident will be used as a '***'. That was noted on file. All Surface Exoerts Co. reserves the right to grant or deny any warranty claim that doesn't not fall within out warranty guidelines. This customers warranty was voided because the initial use of residential stated by Mrs. was not so. The intended use of the tub was not as we were told initially.
Just a little information for you Mrs ***, Glaze or Glazing in a process that involves baking of a coating in an oven to cure such coating to a very hard finish. Tub Resurfacing is the process of spraying a coating ( eg. enamel , polyurethane etc.) on a tub surface, the coating dries and harden when mixed with a catalyst.
Absolutely NO bathtub or tile repair company uses GLAZE on ANY tub, an installed bathtub in a resident would be impossible, not economical, very difficult to perform a process like that.
We do not state or lie about our process. We don't glaze bathtubs, we resurface them. Any company claiming the glaze bathtub is frankly a lie and regardless of what some want to call it, it's still a paint product. Our resurfacing material is a industrial single stage Polyurethane coating that will not peel, chip or crack on its own.

I have proof of photos after 4 months of X work compared to the new job of resurfacing it today, showing that X work was poor. See attached photos.
1) X from All Surface Experts NEVER told me about some kind of warranty that does not cover commercial. It's questionable if my home is considered commercial anyway because I live here and I'm an *** host
2) The MAIN reason that I hired X is BECAUSE i'm an *** host and my guest bath needed new resurfacing to make it professional. He KNEW that. We literally discussed this while he was at my house at the FIRST VISIT. So if he doesn't "guarantee commercial" why I am I now hearing about it?
3) X "resurfaced" my tub in May 2019. In September 2019, I reached out to him because not only was the tub hard to clean, but was chipping and I could see that in many spots on the tub and surrounding tile, were not smooth. So after 4 months, the tub and tile looked terrible! BTW, I used scrubbing bubbles as he recommended and it will not come clean.
4) X said that he "does not do business that way" when I demanded that he call me back or I would give him a bad review. Well, X "doesn't do business in the way" that when a customer calls you 4 months after a job with a complaint to literally blow the customer off for over 7 months. I called and texted him repeatedly and he NEVER, not once bothered to call me back. Um, maybe he knew he was hiding something?
5) The new contractor has verified for me that indeed the surface was not smooth on the tub and tile and it was never properly shipped to begin with. This is why it won't clean and chips. He also acknowledged that there were numerous runs and pits throughout.
6) Honestly, because he had to come out a second time, I'm thinking maybe he knew he didn't properly strip and clean the tub right the first time so instead of starting all over, he added more layers and the second contractor thinks that's probably why it chipped.
7) I say to anyone reading this, why did X hide behind my numerous calls for 7 months? I mean, who does that. Ive been self employed for over 20 years and I can't imagine not ever calling an upset customer back.

We have been resurfacing bathtub and tile surface for many year and I can honestly say after reviewing the pictures, it clearly tell a story of what happened with this customers bathtub finish.
The photo clearly shows that there was some sort of chemical reaction with the resurface coating coating from not caring as directed, this can be from cleaning with very harsh chemicals ( undiluted bleach, comet, Ajax, scouring pads etc.) the tub surface does not show ANY signs of peeling in pictures but rather large chips, this is not indicative of how a resurfaced tub coating would fail. That would be from an heavy/hard object falling on the tub surface chipping it like that. We recommend customer to follow care instructions as directed in warranty so to avoid issues like this.

X*** is being dishonest, more times than one
1) I already have documented proof from another contractor who told me that the surface was never properly cleaned to begin with and X put about 4 layers on it. So when I complained 2 days after the job, X should have started over and properly stripped the bathtub and then resurfaced.
2) X is calling me a liar. I am THE ONLY PERSON that cleans this room as I'm an *** host and I ONLY use scrubbing bubbles as her directed me.
3) I think we all need to look at the fact that he NEVER, since September 2019 has called me back....EVER. Who does this? Any professional business person would call back an upset customer.
I have used this company for several projects and have never been disappointed. Xavier, the owner, takes great pride in his workmanship and the final results always showcase his skills. If you're looking for someone honest, hard-working, meticulous and fair-priced then this is the company!
I built my home 17 years ago and the builders left some cracks in the bottom of my fiberglass bath tub. Instead of replacing the shower/tub they agreed to patch it and add coatings to the tub. Over the years I have had my bath tub refinished 3 times, by 3 different companies and I never really liked the results. You could always clearly see lines on the tub where thick layers of coating had been applied. It came time to have the tub refinished again and this time I contacted Xavier of All Surface Experts and I am so pleased with the results. He is very skilled at his job, my tub really looks brand new again and he was so kind and professional to deal with. For once in 17 years, my tub looks great and I'm not embarassed to have guests use it anymore. Thank you so much , Xavier. Thank you for the wonderful results and great customer service.

I had All Service Experts resurface my 30 year old bathtub in early August 2018.. It had been done one other time 7 years ago, but after a few rough tenants with several children, I had it done again before I sell the house. .He thoroughly removed all of the previous resurfacing and added a new brilliant beautiful finish. It is white like toothpaste--whiter than a brand new tub. I have a multi-year warranty, as well.. If you have a dingy tub, you don't have to live with it. Call this company and get an excellent professional job. I am 110% satisfied!
Countertop repair came out awesome! The guys were prompt, professional, and spent time needed to do it right. Appreciate the job well done :)

I had the scraches on my Corian counter tops removed and brought up to how they where when they were new. Xavier from ALL SURFACE EXPERTS was so professional. He was prompt, made sure he prepped my cabinets and floor and work area for so there was no dust on them. He always made sure fans and cacumn were doing their job in keeping the dust down to the smallest amount ever. That was so appreciated. I give him a 5 star rating, the best. I
