We used this company in 2014 for full carpet replacement in our lower level. We solicited bids from 4 companies and selected All Surface based on quality, courteous staff, and price. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
I cannot tell you how pleased I am with our experience at All Surface Flooring! Not only was Cody knowledgeable about flooring, but he didn't pressure us to buy anything. He just gave me the information to make a well-informed decision and then let me think about it and call him back with an order. Roy came out and did the measuring to make sure we didn't over or under buy. The flooring came in the next day and they delivered it immediately! I couldn't be happier with our new flooring and the entire process. I will definitely be using All Surface Flooring for all my flooring needs in the future!
Roy did my entire house. Carpet, Vinyl, and hardwoods were used. My carpet is fine just had scratched furniture, and a broken hall light. The Vinyl we love. Just they did not replace the furniture or put the bathroom door back in place.
My main complaint is the maple wood install. My floors did not squeak before, and now they do. I was told by Roy that the new wood he helped pick out for me was stronger with wear and tear then my last floor which was oak. I now have MORE scratches on my new floor and it has only been a few months since installed. I had less scratches on my wood floor I had for 13 Years.
During the construction my cabinets and counters were damaged stove top scratched. My Kitchen Island got replaced in the wrong location. I have a very expensive custom kitchen that was worth a lot that now isn't. I was completely lied to and taken advantage of. I have spent my own time and money fixing the problems they have left me with. The install was bad as well as the product I was sold.
